I would like to have given 5 stars but it’s taken a long time from my request to have this service installed to the actual installation.
The installation when it did happen was very quick and efficient, the staff on the phone where also very helpful.
Like most things these days there is no actual contract, only my say so over the phone.

Very happy with the speed of our new fibre broadband so much faster than our previous broadband with Sky. Would give five stars but the only thing to let it down was the mess when it was installed. The problem we had from the plaster coming off our lounge wall during the installation was quickly rectified by the installers coming back to fill it with filler. Everyone we have dealt with in the company has been very friendly and offering an efficient and friendly customer service. Can thoroughly recommend this company and product.

The installation guys were brilliant very polite and a very easy and quick install.
Even asked if they should take there shoes off before coming into the house.
Also we requested an entry point for the cable into the house of which they were happy to do for us.

Damian and Billy did a great job installing the cable in very wet and windy weather over a front garden which is mainly paved. In spite of the weather and this being the last job of the day, they were polite and professional throughout and installed everything very neatly with attention to detail.
Three days later all is working flawlessly and ALOT faster than my existing BT connection which is now obsolete. For those who need to work from home, my VPN runs without issue over this FTTP network.

I took the plunge and got connected to this service a few days ago and, so far, everything is good. The installation was fairly straightforward and the guys who carried it out were friendly and helpful. The best thing is that, before installation, my old landline internet connection took nearly 9 minutes to upload my 60-minute radio show MP3 file. Now, with Lightning Fibre, it takes just 9 seconds!!! I'm VERY pleased about that!
