Myself and wife have to state we were very impressed with the service we obtained from the guys who installed our new fibre broadband. They arrived before the due time on the date of fitting. The three men concerned were very polite and they answered all questions that were asked in a friendly manner. Also the office staff were very polite and helpful. I must thank them for all matters they had to deal with. WELL DONE.

Excellent service - engineers talked us through what they were going to do, we’re patient, polite and professional. Speeds are incredible, and the reassurance of knowing it’s a local company along with the fact that wherever possible the engineers who did this installation would deal with any issues is great. Thoroughly recommended!

Received a telephone call just before renewal date. Offered their top tier package (1Gb) for the same price as my current package, or could keep current speed for £5 p/m less.
Took upgrade and my Xbox downloads are now flying.
Received a courtesy call a while later to confirm that the upgrade had gone through and to check that I was happy with it.
Love the fact that a smaller local firm can actually teach the national companies how to deal with customer service.
Very highly recommended.

Amazing team effort from this company today that worked in my home.
I had issue and been waiting for along time but finally it’s arrived.
A Big thank you to the team that turned up in polegate today.
I like to start with the sales team member (I forgot her name but was amazing).
Install was cancelled due to blockage.
Wanted to speak to a manager and Liam rang me and advised he will try and see what he could do.
Next day knock at the door it was liam.
I have come to check situation out and will let you know what’s going on.
Cleared blockage with the team he had rung me back and said I will get a team to install next morning at 8am
Ryan,Liam and sean arrived installed mr fibre not an easy install all very polite respected my property and family.
Great install block paving drive did way above any other company I have had.
These guys are an amazing asset to the business of lighting Fibre and and great work force.
If all employees are as good as these your company is going far.
Congratulations to your amazing Company and I wish you all the best In business.

The lightening Fibre engineers who installed my broadband were terrific. They both informed me at every step, what was happening next.
They didn’t just assume I knew or didn’t know any of the details, Damian & Billy just got on with their work with a pleasantness about then (even though it was raining all the time, they didn’t lose their smiles). Our broadband is now so very much faster.

Box fitted not connected for several days had to keep phoning. Mix up with passwords and not able to connect. See staff helpful on phone but had to keep contacting them. Set up not as l would have liked.

Liam and Joel came to install my fibre broadband yesterday. They were both professional and courteous and it was all done really quickly. They even helped me bring a sofa piece into the house. They are a credit to the company!

My installation was fitted on the worst day of the year for wind and rain . I honestly didn’t think my appointment would go ahead , but low and behold the knights in shining armour were here on time at 8am . Fully installed without any issues by 9am . The 3 guys that came , were very friendly , professional and did the job quickly and precisely. Very happy with the service . The lightning fibre is the fastest and best quality broadband and Wi-Fi I’ve ever received. Outstanding customer service and fully recommend to anyone .

Everyone we have spoken to have been very friendly and helpful, (including their contractors doing the main trunk cabling), which is one of the reasons we decided to have their fibre broadband. The installers (Ash and Jack) were great, making sure we were happy with the placement of the modem and the router. Overall so far (6 days in) very happy with the connection and the team.

Its been a huge undertaking for Lightning fibre to achieve what they have achieved, and subsequently the wait to sort things out to my house was long. However. The install engineers were brilliant. It was not a simple install but they did not quit.
The equipment is great quality and more importantly, the internet connection is fantastic and exceptionally stable.
