With the exception of establishing when the service was actually going to be available, once booked the installation took about 30min, with minimal disturbance to the lawn. All up and running and without the need for boosters. Great installation team and so far, the speeds are as promised.

Lightening Fibre are very friendly and helpful, answering all questions and queries and made sure I was happy before signing up. Kept in touch prior to installation to keep me informed on what has happening. The guys who installed on the day were courteous and respectful of property, ensured everything that was moved was put back as found. Very happy with speed of broadband and extremely happy with overall service.

Great company kept in touch well throughout the process. They did what they said they were going to do and when and did it. The installers were pleasent and tried to be neat and tidy.
On the three occasions l phoned the help desk the phone was answered fairly quickly and good advice given. Review would have been 5 star if your installers would stop to rig up TV.s Computers etc. I also think you should use colour matched Ethernet cables. My wife thought that a bright yellow in her newly painted hall one was a bit rubbish.
Otherwise nice company to deal with.

installers visited at booked time, ran into problem with blocked duct , arranged for some rods and another gang to help which meant install was still done within a couple of hours. very happy with install, left clean and tidy ,very pleased with router which gives great speeds throughout the house

Everything happend as planned and was always kept up to date with what was happening. The insall guys were very polite and made sure we were happy with the route they were planning to locate cables. Great to receive a follow up call a week later to check that everything was ok. Lets hope LF keep up the good cutomer service as they expand. Great to get off the old copper BT network and have stable speeds.

From the first phone call I made to the men who came round and fitted and explained the set up, to even moving and unscrewing furniture in order to fit the equipment, I cannot fault them. Very professional, friendly, polite, informative and thorough. Answered the phone within seconds too! Very very pleased with my service thus far.
