I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a fibre installation by Lightning Fibre, carried out by Liam and Joel, and I must say, the service was outstanding. From the moment they arrived, it was clear that they were professionals committed to delivering quality work.

Not the best customer service been waiting 2 months prior to my installation date and they've given my neighbour a date before me and he's been waiting a couple weeks. Absolutely ridiculous
My installation date was suppose to be 30th Novemeber we are nearly in 2024.
You guys get off lying and making false promises to you're customers as well as pull then on then can't deal with them ridiculous absolutely appauling customer service.
Have a Highly disabled and Autistic Child that's had surgery on his Cranium. Had it all smashed and reshaped and was sat over Christmas with nothing to watch or do because of false promises

Finally have a installation date and previous problems with customer service resolved nicely 5/5 for resolving the previous issue.
Have offered me a free month. As well as helping me match my cancellation price of my old provider BT. Total of 6-8 months free no charge so Thank you for that 👌
A week after installation will update review. it's been a lengthy wait but hopefully will be worth the time I've waited to be installed. Will update soon hopefully with good feed back about there actual product/service of 900mbps 🤞🏻

INSTALLATION. Better communication on what and when would have been great when planning additional works to aid installation.

The whole experience was efficient and ran smoothly from me contacting Lightning Fibre regarding acquiring fibre to the installation. Dan and George were great and explained everything they were doing and it was installed with the minimum of fuss. So pleased with the speeds I'm getting everywhere in the house now - can't fault it.

Firstly you came when you said you would to install your fibre connection. Despite the torrential rain, and quagmire mud, Ben and Joel worked cheerfully and tirelessly to successfully connect us to your system. Compared to our previous provider (probably the biggest in UK) your fees are most competitive. When we phone for technical advice (senior citizens not computer literate) there is actually a friendly human voice on the phone. Top marks so far!

Had my lightning fibre connection installed today by Dan and George and have to say they were excellent. Had an issue getting the service installed the night before and were at my door 8am the following morning to make it work. They were down to earth and could have a laugh with them but also extremely professional and competent at what they were doing. Lightning fibre have been excellent so far.. much better than other ISP’s we have used in the past. Connection is mint
