Issue with installation which was cancelled and no further info of when this maybe sorted after issues with lines. however after a few phone calls this was resolved after the weekend .. eventually. Perhaps a little more communication between the office & engineers could be better so the customer is better informed as this caused a lot of stress for me due to work. All staff polite though and not rude at all.
After this hiccup all went mostly smoothly and the supervisor engineer & installation engineers were really helpful, polite and got the job done well.

Started off rocky with cabinet issues on the road and took a month or so to get the right person to look at the cabinet to confirm that it was setup but needed a repair. As soon as that was done I was booked in next day for installation and very happy with the service and speeds, lightning quick through and through.
George and Dan were great on the install day and Liam checked in later that afternoon everything was sorted due to the delay. Very happy customer for the next decade at these speeds!

Very pleasant installers - Luke and Joel, it was evident that they intended to be as minimally disruptive as possible. I was able to say where I wanted the modem and router. I was given detailed guidance as to how to set up the WiFi and my phone was able to use a QR code to link to the router. Router looks sleek and modern too. No issues with fluctuating speeds, very happy with service.

We recently had lightning fibre installed, so far so good! No problems with it, installation was fairly simple, and the guys doing it were super friendly, chatty and informative - they knew what they was talking about with no rubbish. All staff I have spoken to so far have been polite and easy to talk to with any questions answered, very happy, long may it continue, keep up the good work!
