I embarked on the journey of upgrading to a new fibre network connection, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. My interest was registered months ago, and the sales team, in a pleasantly non-pushy manner, followed up when the service became active in my area. Unfortunately, I had recently extended with my current provider at that time, but once free from my contract, a second reach-out resulted in a fantastic deal from a genuinely helpful and non-pushy salesperson.
Before the installation date, technicians went the extra mile by arriving early to discuss cable laying options. The installation itself was flawless, and the technician's accommodation in placing all the equipment on the wall exceeded my expectations. It was a level of service that went above and beyond what I've experienced in the past.

Just had my fibre installed by Ash, Jack and Jordan. They had to do an internal cable run, external pathway cut etc. Explained everything in detail. Brilliant. 500Mb service installed without a hitch. Well done guys, and thanks Lightning Fibre. Can't reccommend highly enough.

What made the experience with Lightening Fibre great? The whole process was very easy including phone communication to set things up, the installation, and then delivering on very fast full fibre broadband. The cost of the service is also very competitive so that I am now making a saving on my broadband service. There is no comparison between the quality of customer service compared to my previous provider.

What an amazing company, I can't believe the level of service. Now enjoying fantastic broadband after Lightning Fibre sent a crew to our building and wired up all the flats. This is in stark contrast to BT/Openreach, who attempted to wire up some of our flats, and the experience has been nothing short of a ridiculously painful horror story. Well done Lightning Fibre :)

Great customer service. When internet was down I phoned them up and they sent out engineers to fix the issue right away. They gave us a free upgrade to 150Mbs from 100Mbs. Just recently again they upgraded the broadband to 300Mbs but they also gave us the option to pay less and stay on 150Mbs.

The installation by Lightning Fibre was excellent. A suitable date was agreed on and I was contacted beforehand to ensure I was happy with the date and I knew what would happen. When Kieron and Charlie arrived we discussed where the router should be placed and how the cable would be routed to the house. The installation was done quickly and efficiently with no mess. The installers checked the coverage in the house was satisfactory in every room and the office rang shortly after the installation to check I was happy. Everything is working fine and I know there is someone there if I need support. Overall, an easy straightforward process.

Kieron & Charlie have just left having installed my new full fibre connection. It would be fair to say that the actual installation was undertaken very quickly and cleanly. Unfortunately, and totally outside of their control, the actual connection to go live was a bit of a problem but they persevered with good humour and did get the connection working and I am now up and running. All I have to do now is connect all my devices to the new router and see how fast it is compared to my previous system but on limited use so far WOW it is mind blowing. Thank you I hope you both dry out soon. Peter
