The two engineers Damian and Billy were friendly and brilliant they did a good job on the coldest day of the year.

It's so refreshing to deal with a company where the customer is genuinely the priority. From first finding out about Lightning Fibre almost two years ago with a knock on our door, I've been looking forward to signing up.
Sadly I had to wait 22 months for my existing contract to expire, otherwise I'd have signed up ASAP. If you're still with that other company that starts with B and ends in T, and you're out of contract, then do it and do it now.
Some of the advantages if you still need convincing. I get over twice the download speed and over seven times the upload speed. I was paying £34 a month, of course it started two years ago at £27. But every March that other company think its a great customer retention idea to increase the price, just for giggles, their giggles because I don't find it funny. The customer portal is a work of art, everything you need in a very easy to navigate layout, you can even raise a support ticket - nice. And finally all this for just £18 per month fixed for two years!!
It's day six now and the speed has not changed from my contracted 150mb up and down, yes I did check it several times a day, just for giggles ;)
I love it when a disruptor comes along, just because that's the way it has always been is not a reason to fleece the public.

Lightning fibre installed our new 1gb Internet 3 days ago. The connection has been great since it was connected. The installers Ash, Jack and Jordan were very polite, their work was great and they were a credit to the company. Definitely recommend

First off the installation was great the men were polite and on the job thanks to Damian,Billy,Leon great service thanks again the work that was done and looks great and all done in a good time. The link up was great just a scan on the QR code and that was it all up and running. The speeds are spot on and I would recommend to any one thinking of upgrading

Gave us good advise about the product about which they were very knowledgeable. Very patient with 2 old people who know nothing about modern technology and even told us how to connect our computer to the Hub/router.
All in all a very good experience.

The engineers were amazing! They explained everything clearly, they installed it in a different place so that we wouldn’t have wires everywhere. They even set it up for us on the television, phones etc. Wish I knew their names to thank them personally.

Great after sale service!
I chose lightning fibre around a year ago and I have been very happy with the installation and the service it delivered. Last Monday we woke up with no service and after a quick phone call an ingénieure turned up within a few hours to investigate. It turned out the outside cable connecting the box had been chewed and cut by an animal. Sean, the ingénieure, changed the cable for a thicker one and secure it with a clip on the wall so it would not be loose. It was all sorted by the middle of the afternoon.Thank you for such a quick response and a very professional job!
