After a break in my fibre outside the house due to my own error I can not fault the response. Lucas and Shaun attended quickly, got on with what needed doing and were very practical about how best to solve the issue. Extremely personable and cheery considering they were having to fix my mistake.
Both a credit to the company, however in the nicest possible way, hopefully I never need to see them again :)

My lightning fibre was installed today by Luke. He called to let me know he was on his way and was friendly and professional. Installation was quick and mess free and he answered all questions I had. Super happy and highly recommend!

Excellent offer to join, speedy installation by two lovely chaps. Made no mess and it worked instantly. Great WIFI speed and saving us 100,s of pounds a year. Easy access to the customer service team, phones answered in less than a minute. Wish all utilities were as good as Lightening Fibre

Your customer service is the best I've ever had, when the Internet stopped working you guys came to my house within 1 day to change the modem and when I had payment problems you guys helped me set up a Direct debit. You've all been great, and now we're on first names. Thank you all

Recently had Internet installed and can't fault my installation, there was a little hiccup but they dealt with it quickly and within the hour and kept me informed all the way, the installation guys were really lovely and the work was done as I,had asked and tidy. Since installation communication has been really good. Also Internet is good, have a couple of weak spots in my house but they are working on sorting that so it's all good.

Had my Lightning Fibre installed on 1-4-25. The 2 men who installed were very helpful and polite. Their work was very clean and tidy, when they finished they explained everything, and left me all the literature and hand book. I would recommend this firm to anyone.

Excellent communication and help with getting the fibre to my home. The connection is amazing, 1Gb connection, achieving 700Mb down and upload speeds and up, depending on use time, time of day etc. No throttling. Cannot fault Lightning Fibre.
