Very helpful staff who arrived for the installation on time, and guided me through the process, including re-connecting some of my devices and checking on connectivity throughout the house. A willingness to continue to help if there were any problems, unlike my previous provider, who had a hands-off approach from a remote customer service outpost.

I have just completed moving from copper to cable, and transferring my landline number. There were a couple of minor hitches, one caused by Talktalk (my previous provider): thankfully Lightning Fibre has an excellent customer services team. You can quickly get through to a real person, and they are effective at trying to sort out your problem. They are also very good at follow up texts or emails to tell you what is happening.
We are very happy with the service we have had so far.

We had been with another company and any problems it was very difficult to resolve due to over complicated customer service methods.

Excellent service from customer contact by phone at the start then, both engineer visits and installation were carried out with respect and consideration. Easy switch from original supplier to Lightning Fibre which they managed superbly. We now have a great supply at 1mb installed exactly how we required. Thoroughly recommend this great, local supplier.

The transition between Lightning Fibre and our previous provider was excellent. Our installation was carried out by Dom and Ricky in a timely and professional manner, full marks to both of them. We were kept up to date by the main office when appropriate.

All the staff I had contact with before and during installation were very helpful. My internet connection hasn't dropped since it was installed (it was dropping regularly before) and I will be saving money from my previous provider.

The sign up is really easy, the price is really good compared to others, the install date was less than a weeks wait. I felt informed along the way , the install team were super friendly and left no mess, really happy with the speed also
