The installers were very friendly and helpful. The guy that came round to talk about the company was also a top geezer. The speed is better....more stable and reliable....no disconnects so far. Also, they're cheaper than anyone else I looked at. It's a no-brainer really, I'd really recommend this ISP,

Top customer service and experience. Great on the first phone call, friendly and knowledgeable and answered all questions and did everything over the phone. Installed the next day after we moved into new house. Engineers were helpful and communicated exactly what they were going to do. The speeds we get are excellent and needed a bit more of a WiFi boost due to setup of home office. Engineers had boosters needed and setup before they left. Excellent service, experience and company. Couldn't recommend more 👌

The sales person was very personable and not at all pushy. He explained all the terms and conditions fully. The appointment was made for the system to be fitted within the week. I had follow up emails with all the terms and conditions listed and the appointment date and time noted. Engineers arrived at alloted time and were friendly and helpful with the setup. Checked to make sure WiFi was available in all areas of the house
Checked to make sure I was happy and understood what they needed to do inside and outside the property to install the boxes. Unfortunately the boxes couldn't be placed where I wanted but the engineer explained why they couldn't locate them where I wanted. At no time did I feel pressurised for them just to get the job done and go.
The WiFi works perfectly.

When bought a new build house, most places were unable to find it. After giving them a call, they found it and got it all sorted very quickly. Once installing it, they talked me through it and made sure was happy with the position of the cable. Installation was quick and neat. Overall was the best experience i have had and i've had to do many times renting over the years. Would definately recommend.

A very well organised company, there is nothing the Head office and staff there, and the installers, will not do to make things a great deal easier for the customers, young or older.
My overall experience has been impressive, especially for me, who has been involved in customer service related work, for over 15 years.

Great service, very happy with the overall package, decided to go for the 300mb and everything is how it should be, on top of that got the phone package aswell so in the end around £40 a month when I was paying £70 with BT for 60mb is a bargain. Jess the engineer was efficient and knowledgeable, very polite and was even early on installation day. Highly recommend.

The Lightning people were excellent from my first contact with them through to installation & completion and all for much lower cost than national companies. Being a local company it is so much easier to speak to them, no robots, straight through to a real person! I'm delighted to have made the switch. Thoroughly recommended.

Installation happened when promised and installation was professional, friendly and efficient.
Service was patchy at first, possibly because of a third party booster I had been using (successfully) with my previous provider. Service has now stabilised having removed booster but signal not great on my third floor. Customer Care service was good.
Wifi speed doesn't feel (subjectively) faster compared to my previous 250mbs service from Vodafone.

Was kept well informed from the moment I requested a connection. The engineers were prompt, polite and explained everything. They made good to all disturbances, from the garden, to path and into the house. All connections and speeds were checked prior to their departure and I was left with confidence in the connection.

The only thing I would comment on is the guys who did the installation did not let me know there was dust to clean up and put my boxes back but I had a clear out and found the mess! Other than I can fault them they were amazing!
