Was with Vodafone and they were terrible and messed me around. needed internet asap for work , lightening fibre sorted the internet for me within a few days. Friendly and very professional. Great customer service!

Excellent service. Had an issue with the connection which they checked prior to the installation date so everything was resolved before hand. Head office kept me informed. Easy to make contact. Jess installed it in my house and was fabulous

Good communication when organising the new broadband. Engineer was great - explained everything, kept everything clean and, I was up and running by the time he left. Only difference to me is the broadband box and the increased speed- otherwise, you wouldn’t know the system had been changed over. Oh, the billing is much simpler too!

Starting from my initial enquiry regards joining Lightning Fibre Broadband the company have been quick and efficient in dealing with me. When an engineer visited us to check on the available wiring, and also installing it , they were very particular in wearing over shoe covers in our Home. The Company kept us well informed throughout the whole procedure

I had my installation done yesterday, and I must say I was very impressed.
Two engineers arrived, worked out the best route into the house from the telephone pole and within one hour and a half, had it up and running.
Nice tidy work without the usual sharp intake of breath normally used in the engineering trade to make the job look more difficult than it is!!
Very polite , and efficient and what is more, the speeds were exactly what I had paid for.

Installation was as planned and carried out in less than two hours. Had one issue the next morning which eventually was quickly resolved within a couple of hours when someone came to rectify it. Communication was very good and I would recommend Lightning Fibre.

I had already installed ducting inside and out side so the cables could go exactly how and where I wanted them to go.
