From initial phonecall to enquire about their Internet the service was top notch. Got a call apologising when install got delayed and was rearranged quickly.
Free month so didn't have to pay for 2 providers was a nice touch.
My speeds are 10 times faster than previous provider.
Had a follow up call too which much appreciated.

Worked brilliantly for couple of months. Keeps now dropping out. Spoke to engineers who say nothing wrong?! Errr well it did not do that in first instance. Disappointing

Extremely happy with the installation of our broadband! Dan, Nate and their trainee were fantastic.
turned up early and I had just pub baby down for a nap, so the left and went to do another job and then came back exactly when the said they would.
They then did everything possible to install everything without waking the still sleeping baby, they almost succeeded.
All throughout the installation they were friendly and informative of the process and things to do once installation compete.
Would highly recommended this company as every step of the process we have been met with very friendly staff and good quality service and services. 10/5 if it would let me

Of all the Internet providers we've had over the years, and there've been a few, Lightning is far and away the best of the lot. Our 1GB fibre line is not only fabulously fast, it's also proving to be utterly reliable. We've only had one minor glitch since installation, and that was resolved in - if memory serves - under 12 minutes. If you've ever waited days for a fault to be fixed (I had a problem with one national provider a few years back which took weeks to sort out) I can recommend Lightning without hesitation. They're lovely people to deal with, too.

The installation of Lightning Fibre was done without leaving a trace in our street of work being done, the installation of the fibre into my home was done perfectly and since day 1 (6 months ago) the system has worked without any problem at all. Full Marks to Lightning Fibre.

I asked about the winter deals they were advertising and I couldn't believe the quick and professional service I got.
Everything sorted out in less than half a day (could of been quicker) but I was at work at the time.

Had Lightning Fibre installed on 5th Dec (sorry for the late review) by Damian, Billy & Leon. Everything was explained beforehand and cable routing, modem fixing and router placement agreed. All 3 lads were very polite and professional and a credit to themselves and the company.
Extremely pleased with the speed. The difference it makes to my day-to-day use of broadband is unbelievable.

Had lightning fibre installed on the 6th of December and I couldn't be happier.
Super friendly guys and very neat and tidy.
So much better than sky bt.
I'm now getting 200mps over wifi in the furthest room from the router and 700mbs everywhere else.
If you are looking to change I would strongly suggest getting hold of lightning fibre.
