Arrived when they said they would, installation is clean and tidy inside and out, with very little intrusion inside the property. They were the only company that could currently offer full fibre (even though BT are 100 metres down the road). Have now gone from 23mb to 900mb.

Installation was pretty easy, but on completion you suddenly realise how many bits of equipment rely on the broadband and need configuring.
Speed was suggested to be over 900mbs but in reality its 240mbs on wi-fi only.
Ethernet connection to booster has marginal effect.
Sky doesnt seem to accept that its connected to wi-fi at all, but it still works!

Installation by Ryan was excellent an he explained relevant details regarding the router etc. Our previous providers service was with constant buffering, particular in the evenings, and with lightning Fibre for some days now and not a single problem. Faster speed, basic 150, is perfect and using the remote for our firestick seems to operate a lot quicker than before. Overall an excellent experience.

Damian and Billy helped me today with my new Internet installation. Showed up in good time, explained what they were doing carefully, helped me resolve a conumdrum with my cabling. They then quickly installed my new router, and showed me how to use it.

Lightning fibre's service is simply astonishing, if you have busy family with teenagers with computers, laptops, mobile phones and consoles, if mum and dad like watching netflix in HD, whilst the kids are downloading games & music ALL at the time, this service does not slow down, working from home and accessing cloud services is the best in class with its massive upload and download speeds, video calls are some of the best quality of my team by far ..dependable and no "buffering" or dreaded "dropout" during key meetings ... no brainer.
Best value full fibre offering money can buy in the UK ... end of. Go for the 1Gb/s and 2.5Gbs if you are a power user, enjoy!

Great customer service, installation team was really helpful and good they wasn't happy with the speeds coming into our flat so they worked backwards to find the fault when it was found they got another team round within the hour to replace the fault and had us up and running the same day amazing speeds

I signed up for the 900Mbps package and I am getting essentially that speed for both upload/download via ethernet to my PC. Obviously, it depends on what else is happening on the network/PC at the time. I've tested it with both the Lightning Fibre tester and with those from others, and they all within reason agree on the speed. The WiFi router provided also gives me circa 200Mbps over the wireless (with nothing else on the network). 400Mbps to my Sky box via ethernet. So, I'm very pleased with the performance. The installation took about 2 hours and went very smoothly.

Had Lightning Fibre installed today (14/12/23) by this team( Damian, Billy & Leon). Everything was explained beforehand and cable routing, modem fixing, and router placement agreed. All 3 gentlemen were very polite and professional and a credit to themselves and the company.

Been Waiting months/years for Lightening Fibre to come to my road. eagerly waited since they ripped up the path. suddenly last two weeks they had been appearing in their vans to go up and down the pole feeding us. i knew it was coming soon i could feel it. Today i received a Call from a local number. It was Lightening Fibre. to update me on progress and to let me know they can now connect me up. i jumped at the opportunity along with a lovely period of freeness due to being stuck in contract with Sky. i even asked what the catch was.. there wasn't one. i was quoted end of January for install. i later looked and noticed earlier appointments via their website. i quickly emailed the representative that called. he quickly replied with a choice. i jumped and low and behold its being installed withing 2 weeks :). great so far. Special Thank you to Dino who was the Rep and for answering my emails. i cannot wait for the install now!. Highly Recommend. also have Lightening Fibre at my workplace so i know its good customer service and service. Big Shoutout to Kieron & Aarron Who came and installed today. Excellent So Far. Had Lightning Fibre installed this morning really happy with the service so much better than BT and 20 times the speed for less money. Special thanks to installers Kieran, Charlie and Matt .
