After a complete nightmare with BT I can say that lightning fibre has been amazing and very professional especially Ryan who has helped me 110 %. It's being installed next week and I'm very happy to be with a company who actually cares about it's customers.. well done Ryan top guy.

Lightening Fibre are a local Company and dealing with them has been a pleasure. Any dealings with them have been dealt with in a speedy and professional manner. The installation on the day (carried out by Jack & Charlie) went smoothly and the handover was explained fully. Really happy with the broadband speeds and have the assurance if something does go wrong it sorted by a local company.

Great customer service, clear communication, excellent installation team (Levi & Owen). Super speedy connection with no issues. I’ve moved over from another provider (TT) who made contacting them about as attractive as sticking pins in your eyes so very refreshing to have great customer service as well as excellent broadband connection. Very impressed with lightning fibre. They called the day before installation, 1/2 an hour before they arrived and then a few days after to make sure all is well. Very good customer service. The installation is great and I'm getting the broadband speeds promised. So far, so good!

We were kept informed of progress from the moment we contacted Lightening Fibre. Owen and Levi who completed the connection couldn’t have been more helpful and made a neat job of fixing equipment to the wall inside and out.
