The guy’s that fitted my lightning fibre were hard working clean and tidy and had all respect for my property. They didn’t take long for the install as they clearly new there game. Up and running in no time. Well done all A**** rating from me !

The fibre side is fine but what I was not warned of was that several applications did not work. Took Time to change to lighning fibre and get working again. That is the reason foe a 4.

The men had to come back a couple of times also had to bring someone else to make internet go live but they all done a good job I was very pleased with the outcome they were also very polite and tidied up there mess

The internet works ok, Before I signed with lightning fibre I told them I had to use a booster with my old provider to help get signal. They then said they could do similar if needed, the engineers will sort it out and that there won't be any problems. I then decided on a package which was for 1gb speed and waited to get it installed. They installed it and said it was all working ok and left. Well when they left only half my bungalow was getting any signal. I phoned and told them and then was told it would be £4 extra a month for a booster. I couldn't believe It and was furious. They should be informing people that they charge for a booster especially £4 a month. Seeing as my last provider did not charge at all. They new I has issues and used one before and didn't tell me about this charge. I felt they were not honest and I was lied to for the sale. So yes I have the internet but no I'm not happy or like the provider now. As I'm paying more on this package then I was with my last one, and would not have moved across to them if I new about the extra £4 a month.

What an amazing service. They quickly sorted the installation and did a bang up job, even insisting on cleaning up :-) We ordered the 1GBPs connection and even with a repeater we are getting 700MBPs!!
Service up-time is exceptional as we have not had any downtime since joining. For a user of a smart home with multiple devices the router is holding up well, and it is very responsive when adding new devices.

I had fibre installed mid October, there were teething problems in the first 3 days with poor wifi and hardwire signal, LF soon sorted the issue and all has been working good since. The day of the install I had two lovely lads that were courteous and friendly. Over all very pleased with LF

Very friendly team called up in advance of the install to talk through the process. On the day a team turned up and were very polite and kind. They got the router exactly where we wanted it and did a speed check for us.

We were kept informed on what was going on. The crew were very polite and made a great effort to make sure every thing was just right. Even when they could not complete in the time allocated, they promised that I would be contacted the next day. There was a whole new crew first thing and it was all was sorted. I don't think I have had better service ever.

Lightning Fibre came out on the day as expected and completed the work up to the outside of my property so that my electrician who was already working on it could set the box up inside as I didn't want any ducting inside due to a refurbishment still under way. Nathan from LF kindly provided a phone number for the electrician and said he would pop back and attach the inside to the outside when the electrician called. Unfortunately the number provided had been taken down incorrectly. I logged a call with LF and took more time than expected to fix. It was fifteen days before it was fixed but they sorted it so I have amended my review from from 2 to 4 stars. Apart from the delay their operatives have been professional throughout.
