Pretty good. Buffered a couple of times since installation. (wed 3/1/24). Like literally only for about 10-30 seconds each time. Mainly early mornings and late at night.But nothing to warrant a complaint "yet"

Excellent service, reduced invoice to get a complaint resolved. highly recommended. I have used BT and Plusnet before, LF is much more personal and they provide VAT invoices which Plusnet do not do.

First rate service asked where we wanted box in side fitted showed where outside would be solved tricky issue of getting cable from path to bungalow as we have steps said no problem we will drill under step for cable @ buried it in a trench & re instated the garden can't even see it. Got modem installed & working even re-set TV to 'talk' to the new modem. Service could not have been better. Great team of 'lads'

Damien and Billy where here for just over an hour from start to finish, they where polite and courteous and having worked myself where you are in and out of peoples homes I know how important this is to the customer, also I have gone from 40mbps to over 900mbps :D this is proper fast internet, very happy.

The installation was carried out exactly when I was told and required little no input from me. It all went very smoothly but when I asked if my landlord would be affected I was told it would not function after the five I had been connected. I set about contacting as many people as possible to tell them I no longer had a landline and they should use my mobile instead. When the installation was finished I found I still had a landline fully functioning.
Lightning Fibre is fantastic giving me more than 10 times the upload rate are I used to have the download right best tripled. I look forward to more association with Lightning Fibre.

I actually received a phone to say the engineer would were on route on the morning of installation and a reminder text the day beforehand.
The guys Daniel and Brad arrived on 23 rd Dec 2023 time, were extremely customer oriented. Explained fully what they were going to do and how long it would take. Asked me where I would like the router to go, so very different to BT openreach . (not a soleat BT interested or cared about our little home with no WiFi to big and impersonal company, problem solving zero)
Daniel and Brad set everything up and left with everything working. But it all stopped shortly afterwards, I actually spoke to a real person in customer service, did all the usual things but the router wasn’t going to work. Left it with C/S and took the dog out, Lightning Fibre was in our road working, we mentioned the problem to these guys again a very friendly bunch with customer oriented skills. They were willing to check everything if our engineers weren’t available in an hour’s or so. As it was Daniel and Brad popped back to my house just as they were finishing their shift. The problem was we were just unlucky as we had a faulty router. 20 mins later problem solved. Communication is key to any business as well as the right people and I feel so happy to be a customer of Lightning Fibre. A long wait to be installed but well worth it.

We've had Lightning Fibre for almost a year now, it is everything they promised it would be.
On the Friday before Christmas at around 1pm we lost the connection. I called them and they said they'd send an engineer to take a look as soon as possible. The prospect of Christmas without internet was looming in my mind. About 20 minutes later there was a knock on our door, it was a Lightning Fibre engineer. He came in, quickly tested the connection and said "Right, the problem is 160 meters that way" pointing down our driveway, "I'll be back in a bit". An hour or so later he returned apologising for the delay. Apparently our fibre cable had come loose in the cabinet, and as the cables were a tad messy he tidied everything up to make sure it didn't happen again. A quick retest of our connection and we were back up. Christmas was saved!

Excellent company, after a nightmare with BT getting 8.2 mgb they fitted me in for an installation quickly.
Turned up on time even though it was raining and blowing a gale. Nathaniel, Charlie, Liam and Nate were quick, efficient and tidy. Super super fast Internet I'm so happy. Thanks also to Ryan at customer service who went above and beyond to get me connected.
