We had lightning fibre set up last week.
It’s so nice to finally have fast speeds!!
Everything was seamless from being able to ring a local phone number to arrange my plan and set up date to installation.
I was talked through how they was going to get it into the home etc.
The 3 men that turned up was very friendly, helpful and tidy.
We haven’t had a home phone for years and been paying line rentals, now we no longer need to, so you don’t need to have your box where your phone line was.
I highly recommend this company.

This review is purely about final installation into my property. Prior to this it had been absolutely diabolical with either no or contradictory communication from them which has resulted it in being three months from when I should have had it installed.
Anyway the final step of getting it live has been seamless. Kieran Charlie and Matt who did the installation did an excellent job. They discussed with me the best route to run the cable into the property to ensure it wasn’t too obvious and did the work efficiently with no mess. I was up and running within an hour. My son is very happy with the speed declaring a game update of his that normally takes about 20 minutes took about a minute.

Had a unexpected call from nikki, asking how everything was going with my Internet, only had it 6 days but its amazing got speeds of 840 download and 860 upload on the 1gb option, the 2 lighting fibre guys that come round where amazing very professional and talked me through what they would do, they left no mess and showed me outdoors afterwards where the cable was and the new box was took just over 2 hours, very happy and would so recommend

Our fibre cable was physically cut by accident. Telephone response was immediate, friendly and efficient. Service ticket was raised and engineer was onsite by lunchtime. New fibre cable installed and operational before the end of the day. Excellent service all round and highly recommended!

I just wanted to start out by saying that my install went from an estimate of only 45 mins to nearly 6 hours. That might not sound like the start of a 5 star review but it is how the team handled the delays and the technical issues that came up that surprised me. I have had friends and family that have had LF installs with no delays and everything went smoothly. What impressed me was how courteous the team were throughout the day, how committed they were to getting my install completed and how well they kept us informed around what was happening. The whole team was great but I want to make a special mention about Sam. My understanding is that he was relatively new to the company but was outstanding in how he communicated about the company and reasoning for the delays, All of this whilst my 2 and 3 year old attempted to climb on him everytime he came in the door.

A small glitch to begin with was promptly dealt with by Liam who took the time to come round personally and after reassuring me offered to come back on Sunday.

We had our broadband installed yesterday by Billy, Damian and Leon. It was a stress free experience thanks to good dialogue from the install team. They arrived on time and talked me through the process, including how they would deal with any issues that might arise. I really felt at ease. The install was very quick and everywhere was left really tidy, including where they laid a cable from the pavement to the property. Best utility experience I've had for a long time.
The actual broadband is much quicker than the old BT connection and easily supports all our devices and at much greater speed for a lower price. The 'Wired' speed is 150 and the measured 'Wifi' speed is about 100. Wifi is always slower than the wired connection, but still a lot faster than BT copper. Well done guys.
