Even though it has taken some time from order to installation..the installation team were very professional and friendly, kept me updated on how it was going and how they would install it..I can say that so far it is seamless and very good speeds..the customer service is also great and are also friendly and helpful.

The two installation guys were brilliant, they were friendly, polite and helpful. They were very careful when drilling the walls and their work was extremely tidy, taking good care both inside and outside the property and made sure everything was working well before they left.
If all your staff are like this then you’ve got it spot on, just keep on doing what you’re doing!

The guy's that showed up to fit the lightning fibre to my house were great and told me each step of the way what they would be doing and if there was a problem they would consult with me first before going ahead with any structural work.

I ordered the fibre broadband 500 and found the call operator Leah so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I believe she gave me a very good deal and told me I would pay the same amount over the 24 month period without any price increases.

Positive review because although we didnt know what to expect the 2 guys that arrived were very accommodating to our needs living in an older buiilding with thick walls. Central setup and all running straight away when they left.

The technicians (Kieran, Charlie and Matt) who installed our "Lightining Fibre" were very prompt, knowledgeable, respectful, considerate, and neat. Thank you guys !!! My son did a WIFI speed check/test with his mobile phone (a newish one) and got almost 900MB/s download and around 700 MB/s upload, just as advertised.

Ordered Lightning Fibre in November 2023 and arranged my install date for January 2024.
The Team came round on time and were efficient in their installation. No issues since and the connection is working and is much better than my slower, more expensive Sky broadband.
