I've tried to get high speed fibre to my house for over 18 months using various suppliers all back by BT but they have all failed. Lightning Fibre went above and beyond getting this done. The engineers were very professional and friendly. They persevered until the connection was done. I now have amazing internet speed and reliability. Thank you very much.

Matt and George installed our system this afternoon and despite being new to the company did a great job. They were friendly, considerate and polite and kept disruption to a minimum. The installation was professional and they made good afterwards to a high standard. The Wi-Fi is much better than before and we look forward to a positive ongoing experience.

Fantastic black Friday deal to start with, instalation was planned, well communicated and completed with care. There were a few options that the engineer discussed before starting any work. The actual install by Charlie, Matt & Kieron was 5* They were on time, polite, professional, and did a very tidy install.
There was a delay on install because of a blockage which happens, but the communication as to why and when the install would happen was poor.
The speed is excellent but the coverage to 2 of the rooms not so good. I am disappointed extenders are not supplied for free.

Charlie, Matt and Kieran installed Lightning Fibre full fibre broadband at my home last week. They worked very efficiently and were courteous and considerate. They explained clearly how everything worked. The broadband seems to work very well and seems very reliable. So far we haven't had to reset the system by switching off and on and we haven't had buffering as we did with our previous system. We also haven't had messages come up in a Google meet call that our internet connection was unstable. This was a common occurrence with our previous provider.

Our installation technicians Rob & Ricky were very helpful and went above and beyond to not only answer all the questions we had about the service, installation and random tech questions, but also to help move furniture to allow better access for the installation and put up a bracket to hold the router. They even filled the drill holes and hoovered afterwards! They were very respectful of our belongings and space and engaged in friendly conversation with a very approachable but respectful manner. Overall we are so very impressed with their work and that of Lightning Fibre in general. It is very refreshing to be able to connect to operators within minutes, without any annoying tinny outdated music or shouty call centre employees as background music and it feels good to know that if I have any problems in the future I can either call and be directed straight through to an actual human or just pop in to the office down the road from us. It feels like that level of customer service is something that had been lost in most companies over the past few years and it is so nice to find it here. Just really pleased we found you. And to go from 38mb to 927mb for a cheaper price is just a dream for both our business needs and home tech set up. Thank You.
