They put broadband Wi-Fi in wardrobe at master bedroom while I use my laptop at living room seems weak signal so they gave me extra booster in living room it’s not working. I m ok with broadband.

The engineer's were very good you never known they had drilled holes in the wall very clean and tidy showed us how it all worked

On the day of installation everything was explained where all parts were being fitted. Installation was fast and trouble free. Billy explained how to use lightning fibre to the best possible way and how to contact customer services if any problems. Excellent and professional service.

Install was extremely good, but tech advise very poor- their WiFi hub turns out has a split Antenae for different ghz and the signal reach is very weak. And we live in a tiny bungalow. They don’t inform you of this and want to sell WiFi extenders for extra monthly fees

Engineering team was brilliant but the office wanted to turned me into their workforce by troubleshooting the problem that they could not fixed by them. I was to pulled out the deal but one one the engineer knowing my problem came and managed to connect me. Customer Services wasn't too great.

Although installation was booked between 1300-1700, the engineers didn’t turn up until 1630, when it was getting dark and I was beginning to wonder whether they would show. I telephoned Lightning Fibre to confirm this, but a telephone update would have been appreciated under the circumstances. Having said that the installation itself was smooth, albeit in the dark, and the engineers were very pleasant and efficient. The WiFi is now noticeably faster. The only downside is that I have had to purchase a new dual band wireless printer, as my old one refused to recognise the password for the new Lightning Fibre router, so be warned. The Lightning Fibre helpline offered a couple of (unsuccessful) fixes but their ultimate advice was to buy a new printer!

The whole process was pain free and communication was excellent.
The installers were friendly and informative and went over everything they were doing on the day, there were phone calls prior to install to tell me what was happening. I had questions in advance which were responded to very quickly and so far the connection speed and consistency has been very good.
Would recommend to all so far.

Had been thinking about Lightning Fibre a while but was unsure whether to commit. Finally took the plunge and booked an appointment. An engineer came out a few days before installation to discuss where the cabling would run as I didn't want the garden borders dug up. Agreed a satisfactory route through the garden, where the cable would run once inside the house, and where the router would give the best coverage. Installation went smoothly, engineers Jess and Jacob knew exactly what had been agreed about the cabling. Minimal mess made, Jess and Jacob were polite and friendly. Although none of our devices in the house are plugged directly into the router, speeds are many times better than with our previous provider and based on the short time we've had it, I'm pleased with Lightning Fibre so far.

Efficient and courteous staff reps - delivered exactly what promised at time stated. Speeds sharper than BT copper wires previously. Best of all is the price - £18 per month for 24 month contract without increases - much better than BT could offer and about which I am absolutely delighted!
