Great engineers installing very helpful and informative. Install from street to property (bungalow) into loft space where existing router positioned, all went smoothly and took around half an hour, line tested and bingo! Very please with internet speed so all good and I am highly recommending to friends and neighbours!

Very friendly, competent team. Not the easiest of installations as the cable had to go up through a front garden with several levels and through a concrete path. A very neat job and everything left clean and tidy. The connection has been 100% reliable to date and gives the advertised speed.

The 3 engineers who installed the kit were brilliant. They had a few issues which were resolved quickly and I was up sand running in no time.

1st class service today! I have waited patiently for a while now for lightning fibre to go live in our area, it was worth the wait! Internet speed is amazing compared to our last supplier.
The service today was amazing, everything was explained to me prior to the guys starting,they ensured there was no mess, no dust hit the floor whilst Matt was drilling, they were all very professional and friendly.Kieron, Charlie and Matt are a credit to the company. I would definitely recommend this company.

The original enquiry was delt with politely and promptly. A good monthly cost was accepted, the installation was carried out well and the team was helpful and again very polite. However when the customer service was called for help they didn't reply at all as they said they would. After service seems to be lacking in this case.

The company certainly lives up to its name lightning!! Everything happened so fast on the 12 th January. Had 4 guys here & was all in in less than an hour, seems ok for now all working couldn’t say what speed I’m on. Overall very happy with all for now.
