Fantastic experience. We were the first install of the day at a little past 8am.
Mark and Zack were brilliant, having discussed install options, Mark was able to do what I thought to be impossible. We already had BT in place and they were able to swap this out without fuss, actually making the install cleaner than before.

Dan B and Charlie M were very reassuring and considerate installation operatives. They answered all my questions and weren't pushy. The garden was left very tidy after they laid the cable into the house. They were as helpful as could be to ensure I'd be satisfied with the final siting of box inside the house.

Wow is all I can say. First class from the minute they arrived. Went through the whole process with me. Ask where I wanted the router no mess no stress very very polite. The whole installation was about an hour. I tested my speed before the install and all I was getting was 54mb and after 890mb. All I can say if you were undecided give it a go. You won’t be disappointed. Very happy customer in Polegate.

Two gentlemen came, it was all very professional . they worked at a steady pace explained what each appliance did. when they finished. cleaned up and installed my laptop and the tv. asked if we had any other questions . before leaving us and wishing us a lovely evening.

I was at work and got a phone call from the engineers asking weather they can do the install a day early, which i was over the moon with. The guys was great, quick easy install. Within the space of 30 minutes i was up and running! Friendly service, exceptional support and at a decent price too!

Installation day today.... have been quite excited in a totally geeky way... Kieron, Charlie and Matt have been an exceptional credit to the Lightning Fibre team today.... nothing was simple to the poles not being quite ready to the install.... however they got there in the end and I am really grateful for their tenacity and perseverance in getting this all up and running for me... thanks so much team!!

Your team of engineers installed our fibre system & were speedy,clean with very little intrusion. The team very courteous and knowledgeable. The customer service is excellent, every time I've contacted lighting Fibre they've dealt with the questions.

The ordering and installation process was very straightforward. The Lightning Fibre team turned up on time, accessed the property and then agreed the install with myself before proceeding. It took about an hour in total and I was then given details about our new router.
Whilst the installation & order was great, I have experienced issues with connectivity since then. Despite being told 'that there is no fault' showing on my system, we have lost signal on a number of occasions, namely whislt online gaming & streaming. I'm hopeful it will improve, but it hasn't been as wonderful as we were promised.
