Very happy so far with my new superfast broadband!
The engineers (Levi and Owen) were amazing. They had everything set up really quickly and even helped with some issues I had opening up our back gate for access. They were very friendly and efficient.
I hope I don't need to contact customer support anytime soon but I know if I did need to they would be there to help me.

I recently had Lightning Fibre come & install broadband for me. The installation was hassle free, while it was explained to me exactly what they would be doing, before they did it. Very professional, friendly guys. Tested everything before they left. Speed excellent & very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

The installation team were fantastic, they were polite, respectful and weren't phased when my 5yo daughter with ASD wanted to keep seeing what they were doing. The installation engineers were friendly yet professional, making sure you're happy with where they are going to place the modem, and even accomodating if you have your own ethernet cable to place the router elsewhere.
Installation was quick, clean and the service was up and running straight away, getting the full speed I signed up which is great.
Much better customer service then the traditional ISPs, and no land line means no more scam calls.

Very good customer service. However, I had been expecting the modem and router to be placed in my office room on the first floor, but instead it had to be in my lounge on the ground floor. I wanted a wired connection via ethernet, but now have to rely on wifi with a strong extender to the first floor. Speeds are still quite good, but might have been even better with a wired connection. Disappointing.
The engineers who did the installation were very friendly, clean and tidy, and very helpful. But the router was put on the lounge floor and when I said that it would hinder cleaning, it was put on the TV stand, behind the screen. That meant that when the stand was moved for cleaning the router would topple and could be damaged. After consulting with the technical helpline, I had to get a longer ethernet cable to connect the router to the wall mounted modem, clip the cable along the skirting board to place the router on the mantlepiece. In the process, I discovered the the modem was hung on the wall by tiny short screw heads and could to be easily knocked off, to hang by the cable coming in from outside.
Pity about all this, specially for an elderly person, after a very good service from the installers and the tech advisers in their office.

The outside installation guys were great but there was an issue were the cable was damaged so the could not install on the day of installation and had to come back the next day. The inside installation the next day was not installed where we wanted it. They have installed it in a bedroom which is not ideal as the router is constantly lit up and flashing as bright as Blackpool illuminations. Thanks to lighting fibre for there great customer service they have moved the router has now been moved to the front room they have done a very neat and tidy installation thanks.

Signal is not lightning,even wired connection is not as good as promised, customer service very vague.The only good experience so far is from the installation team who were very quick and efficient.Overall not happy so far

Matt, Kieran and Dan turned up well within the time window, and proceeded to do a thorough and professional job, of the three I cant remember who was the trainee they were that good, everything was explained very clearly without any smoke or mirrors, the Fibre download and upload figures are amazing !!!
