I was with Talk Talk and they were awful. Signing up with Lightning Fibre has been a breath of fresh air. They are prompt and friendly when they come to install the router and they have gone above and beyond what I've been used to with regards wonderful helpful service. They've pulled out all the stops to help and their technicians have all been friendly and dedicated to helping us. I can't rate them highly enough.

The guys who came to do the installation were efficient, polite & helpful. They even vacuumed up the dust from the drilling. I subsequently had a problem with getting the internet contents back on my tv & getting my Alexa & Echo Dot to work. When I rang Lightning Fibre, a very patient lady called Carol talked me through what to do with regard to the tv.(I’m not very good with technology when it doesn’t do what I want). I then received an email from Adam with suggestions re: Alexa & Echo & I’m happy to report she has decided to behave herself again. I’m very happy with the service I received. Thank you to all concerned!

We have found everyone at Lightning Fibre to be approachable, friendly and helpful. I first spoke and signed up with Robin who was very efficient. We fixed a date for the fibre to be installed. The day before someone rang to confirm the date and time.
On the day Damian, Billy and Leon came on time. They discussed the best route for the cable and made sure we were happy with that. They were very polite and efficient. They explained everything fully and made sure we were happy before they left. They were a great advert for Lightning Fibre.

Plus points; the system works well (although I needed to add a booster which I think should be free, like Sky supply). Best of all, the great, good old-fashioned customer service, whether over the phone, at office reception or the installation team. Hard to find these days... Negative points; in my opinion, the equipment, modem and router, is ugly, too big, too many flashing lights, cables and plugs. Like having a disco in the corner!

Superb instillation. Ash, Jack and Jordan were superb. Respected our property, very polite, cleaned up after they had finished and explained everything they were doing. Extremely happy with the speeds we are now getting. A vast improvement. The whole experience of dealing with Lightning Fibre has been smooth and professionally handled. Would highly recommend.

The installation guys were very professional and considerate in our old nicely decorated house. Care taken in drilling and cable tidiness.
Everything works fine. We've been away so can't fully comment on reliability of the connection speeds etc but am confident that all is well.
