Wow....from the Sells team, Install team to Customers services, I've got no complians. The sells team answered all of my questions about prices to Install. The installation team where on time, very neat and tidy with the cabling.
I did have a faulty router but the customer services where great, they arranged somone to came out within an hour and replaced it...that's the advantage of having a local company.
I got the basic package of 150mb, that's fast enough for us. That's 3 times faster than standard Internet provided by Sky/BT and at fraction of the price.
It was a no-brainer...swapping and if you refer a friend you get a free month.

Had installation date which was changed on day as work hadn't been completed outside on pole. Bit annoying as lost a days holiday. Eventually re booked a few days later and now seems to be working OK.

Broadband connection done by Conor and Robbie quickly and efficiently, no mess; also advised on best place for the router, as it has to be near plug sockets. They turned up at the time I had been told and all done neatly. Broadband working well so far.

Great service throughout! Friendly staff and they came back to do an audit the next day after installation and found that a paving slab didn’t sit correctly after the installation so then sent someone out a few days later to fix it! Just fantastic

I was interested in LF as I work from home and strong/stable connection is vital. The installation went well, 3 chaps got it wired it in. Particular mention to Liam who got to chatting with my Grandad about days in the RAF.

I cannot praise Lightning Fibre enough. Everything about them is customer focused and very professional. The install team, Liam, Sam & Joel, did an amazing job. They kept me informed of everything as it was going on. They were polite, professional and very tidy, leaving no mess behind after they had completed the work. Had to log a call with Lightning Fibre support to figure out how to use my own router, wasn't sure how long it would take, and wasn't paying attention, but the answer came back in under a few minutes. I was very impressed.

Communication was great from the get go, they turned up on time to do the installation, the guys were tidy, respectful of my property, informative, worked hard & efficiently. They were also very polite.
I received a call a few days later to enquire if everything was okay to which I can honestly say it’s better than my last broadband provider & works brilliantly no problems.

Efficient installation, good customer service. Turned up within time slot. WiFi connection good, better upstairs than our previous supplier. Fair price. The hub is much larger than our previous one and more difficult to hide but we'll get used to it. We'll see how we go with it all but in the initial we are content.

Installation was a breeze. Switched over from another full-fibre provider and Lightning Fibre were able to follow the same path into the house. Speeds as promised and game downloads happening at 935Mbps on Steam quite happily. Very happy so far and pricing package was great.

Engineers came on time, were friendly, helpful, explained everything. Now we’ve got fast internet, it was definitely worth the wait! I believe they are busy as a local company, so there is a waiting list to get your internet installed.

Rob & Connor arrived today to set up my broadband . They were very friendly and professional and helped me set up my Tv etc with the new password. They also cleaned up after themselves . I am very pleased with the service I have received from these guys .
