I felt sorry for the installation guys as the weather was not nice. It was raining heavily as they started. The guys were really nice and proffessional, and very helpful. The worksite was kept clean during the installation. The Office staff have also been very helpful providing a first class service. Thank you very much Lightning Fibre.

Right from the very first contact enquiring about there service through to installation. I have been very happy and impressed with their professionalism from all the team at lightning fibre. My internet speeds are now amazingly fast (500mb) and reliable so far.

Ashley was friendly and efficient. He explained the whole process. He cleaned up after himself and followed up with a phone call to check everything was okay.

I have been a Plusnet customer for many years because of their excellent Customer Service but have recently become disillusioned with having to negotiate better renewal prices every time & annual above-inflation in-contract price rises.
The whole process of switching from Plusnet to Lightning Fibre was made very easy by the Lightning Fibre Team, from Robin in the Sales office to the installation guys- they were all very polite, helpful & professional & explained everything clearly.
The system has been working for a couple of weeks now without problems & I have cancelled my Plusnet contract.
4* instead of 5* because the installation team broke off a fair-sized piece of render from the outside wall of my property whilst drilling.
Update on 17th April - Lightning Fibre have been in contact & I am happy with the result. Excellent company whom I would recommend.

The two workers that came to do my installation were really great , they had smiles even though they had to work in the rain and asked if I was happy wthe route they were going to use to install the fibre , they were joking and smiling the whole time and really just got on with it , when done the one explained everything and answered any questions I had .I have already recommended lighting fibre to my friends,
