Very impressed with the guys who turned up to get us switched on to Lightning Fibre. They were early, waited outside until I opened our door. Polite and efficient and got us switched from out previous broadband supplier to Lightning in about 30 minutes.
Everything was explained to us, even to the point of telling me that I needed to return our old router to our previous supplier.
Would highly recommend this company.
Oh and our speed went from about 40 mbs to 150 mbs almost straight away.

Installers were very polite, gave correct instructions, tidied up after themselves. Had good banter when necessary and most importantly could speak and understand English.
Too many companies these days send workers to homes that do not speak fluent English and as a result part of information do not get passed on to the customer.

Installation went well (tidy and methodical) as did comissioning of the service. The router is a good choice Zyxel EX5601-T1 it has excellent plug and play capabilities on both the Wi-Fi and LAN channels even with older peripheral devices and a good user friendly web interface for those who like to tinker, if all else fails there is a 550 page online manual. All round so far so good. keep up the good work.

After a long painful experience with a different provider and getting nowhere after 6 weeks trying to move my previous provider with me when moving home, Lighting fibre swooped in and saved the day, getting me set up with them in 2 days, it was so quick and easy and Dino was very helpful in getting our account opened and get an engineer to deliver our router and install in a matter of minutes. Would definitely recommend and so glad I made the leap.

On enquiry, I was given clear and informative information about choices, costs, installation information etc. Kept upto date with installation time of arrival. Two engineers who installed, arrived promptly, very helpful, explained what they would do. Work carried out professionally and efficiently. Really nice guys, polite and friendly. Very pleased with speed upgrade.

My Sky broadband kept dropping causing the picture to freeze. Numerous calls to their agents in India I got nowhere.
How fortunate to learn of Lightning Fibre. One quick local phone call to Carol and everything was arranged for me to have 300mb £10 cheaper than the100Mb from Sky. Along came two charming female engineers, Jess & Georgia and I was installed and up and running in two hours. Absolutely First Class Service.
