Internet appears to be fine downstairs, but upstairs, we are still having issues with the booster, which is continually connecting and disconnecting. It has been suggested that we move the hub downstairs from the front room, but we have wooden floors everywhere and we cant have cables showing. We have positioned everything "hub and 2 booster boxes" in the exact same positions as we had previously with sky. And although it has been suggested that the sky boxes may have connectivity issues, it doesn't explain why my son, who uses the back bedroom as his office - is unable to get wifi signal to his computer to work. Though we have moved the booster box upstairs to the hallway, this does give him a signal - but the box itself keeps getting a red light. One minute you have a two green and 1 red, and the next you have three green. So forgetting about sky altogether, the booster box upstairs does not appear to be as powerful as what the old sky booster box was. Any suggestions would be appreciated, as the only heads up I have so far got, is for me to move the hub - which is a def no - because of the wooden floors. I have asked for an engineer to come to the house to review, but that has not happened. Basically its been left to me " who is not an engineer" to resolve this. Though we have left sky, if we ever had a problem with the internet, they were more than happy to come to the house and resolve. I was expecting the same from yourselves.

My previous broadband supplier increased my supply price by 25% to £40 monthly with a week warning of increase. Lucky to see 50 meg.
Lightning fibre had me connected within a week. Engineers were perfect - polite, efficient and fast with very little domestic disturbance.
The new installation was brilliant, at least 4 times faster and less than half the cost of my previous supplier.
Customer service team were excellent. Again, so polite and helpful.
Made to feel that I was valued as a customer-a rare event in these current times.
I cannot praise this company enough. I urge everybody to sign up and perhaps all the greedy cash hungry large companies will begin to think more of their customers than their bank balance.

Really happy. When I first set up the contract was given an arbitrary date of a fortnight to install, but then got a phone call to expedite it to the same week - which was a great surprise.

I was with lightning fibre for nearly 2 years before moving out of area. Absolutely fab service. I think in the time with them I had 1 issue, called up and they fixed it with no issues. Easy to contact and brilliant speeds. Would absolutely use again!

Had lightning fibre installed and very impressed with speed etc. Even more impressive someone had smashed the box on our wall on the street meaning lost connection. Phoned them at 1730 on a Sunday evening and spoke to a human 😁 problem was fixed before Midday on the next day. Impressive customer service.

Turned up when they said they would, despite a problem with a splitter, they returned on a Friday to ensure I was not left without internet. As a disabled customer who relies heavily upon internet for controlling lights, doorbell and switches this was a huge relief. Engineers were friendly and kind. Super fast internet cheaper than my old supplier what’s not to love? Highly recommend this company
