Delighted with Lightning Fibre! Just had broadband installed. Ryan not only visited to answer my questions pre-installation, but also attended on installation day and ensured we had strong wifi throughtout the house. He was friendly, helpful, informed and professional.
The installation guys Cully, Glenn and George were also excellent. They did a very neat job, leaving everthing as they found it and were careful to make sure we were happy at each step.
Even the office staff were faultless, quick to answer and efficient.
It’s not often these days you get such a high level of personal service from a large company, they deserve recognition.

An easy & stress-free transition to fibre, quickly achieved , up and running in no time . Easy to deal with Lightning Fibre , no long call waiting times, prompt service with an attractive price. Connection to fibre achieved in a couple of hours with friendly installation team. Simple transfer of a few connections to the new router. All working well with no hiccups!

Very pleased with my transition from skybroadband to lightning fibre broadband . My appointment was pushed nearer so was done quicker, was kept well informed ie ; emails, phone calls ,installation was quick tidy . My speeds of broadband are fantastic and everyone I spoke to and allowed in my home was friendly. Very pleased customer and would highly recommend.

I couldn't be happier. The installation was quick, efficient and no mess left behind. The installers were not only friendly but also took the time to explain everything thoroughly. They even helped me to connect my phone before they left which was so helpful. They also provided troubleshooting advice just in case I encountered any issues down the line. Thankfully, I haven't needed it so far but reassuring to know support is available if required.

I was very impressed with the whole process from my first conversation with Lightning Fibre. They were professional, friendly and explained everything beforehand, so I knew what to expect before they came to install their fibre. They arrived on time, I only had to wait 4 weeks for install, asked where we had the existing route into our home and used the same entry. The installers were polite and tidied any mess as they went. They even came back the next day, at my convenience, to recheck the connection to optimise our speeds. Very impressed, just wished we had done it sooner. The boys upstairs are already raving about the speed difference, thats got to be the ultimate compliment. Thank you Lightning Fibre!

Just a good all round service, when there was an issue to start with it was rectified early and a new appointment set to fit the new lightning fibre. The install was done by three top lads and the Wi-Fi has never been better. Cheers

The instalation guys arrived ontime, were smart and professional, went about their work speedily, quietly, until it was all done, they explained it a little bit, and that was that all done, its working very well at 380mbs far better than the 38 i was getting before.
I however could nt get the pc to logon, as it turns out it needed a dongle as before it was hard wired, it took 2 weeks to understand what the problem was, but we are all good now, their back up tech team was a help.

The installers arrived on time and did a good neat job. Having to run a line from the telegraph pole made things more difficult but they coped with that very well and made some neat connections. They asked when possible where would I prefer the location of the essential boxes, which I found very helpful. Things have been working out very well with the new fibre, very pleased.

A very good company to deal with. My installation went smoothly from the time I spoke to the very helpful Henry (a joy after trying to communicate with 3 my previous provider) to the day of installation when Matt and Charlie did such a grand job. Taking every care to keep things tidy as they worked and consulting and communicating at every stage of installation. I will highly recommend Lightning Fibre to friends, family and anyone who sees this review.

All booked in for installation of 300mb fibre. Day came and was booked as PM, was even more glad when they turned up early. Literally 10 minutes spent inside the home, rest of the work was outside. Cleaned up everything afterwards. Even asked if I needed help in setting anything up. Showed the easy way to connect to wifi. Now the speed !!! WOW downloaded an xbox game, last time with talk talk game took near on 2 days, with lightning fibre 90 minutes and could still browse the Internet while it was downloading super happy with service and Internet. Few days later, even had a follow up call yo check up that all went well with install and set up. could not ask for more
