Although not able to start on the arranged date (hence the four stars) work commenced on the following day with excellent results. Installation was into a nine flat building and was carried out very professionally all within one day. The expertise and helpfulness of the engineers was first rate, not only doing the installation but also answering all enquiries and allaying any fears the residents had about the project. A first class job carried out by capable, friendly and tidy engineers backed up by excellent service from the Senior MDU Project Manager Ashley Brookes.

Installation was streamline and a breeze. A team turned up before my appointment and carried out the exterior work while another turned up at my appointment time and connected me in 30 minutes. I've consistently had 940mbps+ download and uploads on the gigabit package and excellent ping times to my london servers. Very happy after an abysmal experience with Sky.

I am happy with speed of broadband and more than happy with installation, lovely people came and done the best for me, but I am quite not hapoy not having contract. I made a deal at Christmas time and I was promised to have contract send by email, but I haven't received anything. I jave asked man who installed the broadband if he has it and he said that I need to contact customer service, so I did. It's been over week and still no one is able to send me contract. I'm deffinitely not happy about this! ...will see how this will end up.

Up and running smooth. Great speeds. I would have e thought, however, that the line into the house would have gone in via same general location as my old telephone line. The new one was put in at the engineer's convenience, not mine. My aging father was on site for them and has no clue. It did not occur to me to be specific on fittings as I assumed it would go where it replaced. My fault then.

Great communications from sales team and installation engineers on the day of install.
A quick tidy and good install taking in all my personal requests. I had to contact customer services due to a problem I created myself, which was resolved very quickly.

Supporting a local company was key for me, but then to get a great service from both the installers and Eastbourne office who set my account up was wonderful. I was up and running in days. I highly recommend anyone in Eastbourne to join up, you won’t be disappointed, you get super quick fibre without any hassle, very easy to join up good value and friendly service. Plus, your not lining the pockets of a big national company who just won’t care.

I recently joined the company yfor my broadband. The service was efficient and cost effective change. In addition there was an issue twice as the wires were inadvertently damaged . Lightning fibre in Eastbourne were quick efficient in rectifying the issue. Their staff gave fantastic customer service and very helpful. Complaints are easy but credit where due is important. Went from 60mbps with Sky @ £39 to 300mbps with Lightning Fibre @ £29, that’s Wi-Fi speed too. Direct phone number through to local customer services who answer immediately. Changeover was straightforward, installation team were great, really knowledgeable too.
I urge anyone who is currently using internet through the phoneline to swap over to fibre, you’ll never look back
