Amazing aftercare service. I had workmen digging a hole in my garden for a different job, warned them about the fibre cable but they still put a spade through it.
Ligtning Fibre were quick out and we were able to have the broadband reinstated the same day ( considering it was a friday afternoon befoire a bank holiday excellent service) Special shout out to Shaun the engineer for professionalism during a stressful time.

Such a friendly bunch on the phones and the engineers are just brilliant and tidy couldn’t even see where they had dug the grass to lay the cables. That connection has been amazingly fast too. Thank you so much guys and gals. Massive 5stars.

The two guys that came and installed were very professional, chatty and speedy in installing the wifi. They told me exactly what they were going to do and what’s the best fit for the router. I was very happy with the service. The WiFi was instantly better then my previous provider

Installation for holiday home in Eastbourne. It's the third time we have used Lightening Fibre and every time has been haste free.
Installers were helpful, efficient, polite and tidy.
And the couple of times we have had the need to contact Lightening Fibre on the phone it's always been so easy.
Would definitely recommend.

The engineers were very professional in their work and I was informed all the time what was happening and asked for my opinion where the equipment was to be placed. The young man who did the inside work was very polite and always took off his shoes when coming inside my home. I would certainly recommend the company to friends and family.

I can’t yet comment on internet stability and download speeds as our new modem was just installed by the engineers, Jess and Georgia. They arrived on time and were both professional and friendly. They demonstrated great care and professionalism throughout the installation, consulting us at every step to ensure the devices were placed according to our preferences.
We switched to LF after experiencing repeated price increases from TalkTalk, despite our loyalty as customers for 10 years. We hope LF will provide a better experience.

Not usually one to complete reviews but wanted to give a big thank you to Dilasxan at Lightning Fibre. Been with Sky for over 10 years and it’s been terrible internet and being charged a large sum of money for it. Dilaxsan tripled my internet speed and paying less than what I was paying before. Also managed to fit me in before I went on holiday and always kept me updated with any changes. Also huge props to the team who came out, Charlie and George. It was going to take two days due to the house layout but then a whole extra crew came to make sure it was finished in one day. Really appreciate the dedication and customer service. Thank you again

Arrived on time. Professional and quickly got to work. Process explained and questions answered. Clean work although an issue with a bit of brickwork. Repaired to acceptable standard before they left site. Speed as promised so all good so far. Nice to be able to speak to an actual person of any issues arise. This along with price was one of the reasons we swapped from our previous provider. Generally very happy with LF.

This could have been a much lower score but the fitters and the manager sorted an issue that cropped up on fitting (fibre couldn’t reach my house from the closest pole in the road)
As promised the following day I was up and running with fibre in place.
