Installation was excellent. The men were very respectful of my property, going into the loft and cupboards to install the cables. They clearly explained everything they were doing. My broadband in much faster now and have no issues with glitches and buffering. I am very happy with the installation.

The whole process went really well eveeyone did exactly what they said they'd do at the right time. The price is better for so much faster than any other option. As far as I can see there is no reason not to use Lightening Fibre. A thoroughly good experience and result!

I had a multitude of problems with the install, as my property had been left out when the original lines were laid months ago, but everyone at Lightning Fibre did everything they could to get the install done. The engineers that did the install, saw me twice previously at the pre-install, and went way over what was expected of them to help me. Initially I was very unhappy with Lightning Fibre, but was won around by such brilliant customer service from everyone involved

Engineers turned up a bit early and quickly installed the equipment where I wanted it and checking with me where and how I wanted the wiring to be routed. They were very polite considerate and cleared any mess away when finished. They fully tested when fitted, in every room. Was very happy with whole process.

In my installation, there was a need to drill a hole in an external wall, order to bring the cable into the house. It would be good to consider for yourself the easiest, and safest location.
