The installation team arrived early which was good. The team did a great job. Really neat and tidy. They showed me where all the connection points were,inside and out. When I connected the difference between Lightning and my previous provider was amazing. Great job.

When I had problems with the internet connection, after frequent, quick and helpful conversations the LF support suggested that it might be the fault of my 2017 laptop, which I admitted was no longer update available. I purchased a new laptop and the difference was amazing! Perfect and so quick with no loading problems at all. The LF support obviously knew precisely what the problem was. I cannot recommend them and this system highly enough.

New fibre line installed on 13/5/24. Neat and efficient installation. Restored the premises to the original appearance in spite of digging and drilling to install the new line.
Good initial speeds at installation but soon after there was poor upload speeds and unstable connection in first 24 hours. Problem promptly rectified by technical team.

Arrived on time. Great communication and very polite all through the instalation and explained how everything worked. Showed me the box outside which they put up to connect the inside. Haven't had any problems with the Internet at all. Highly recommend.

Initially there were some problems getting my connection from the street into my property live, but their engineers fixed the issue. The installation went well, their engineers were respectful and careful with our property, the whole thing took less than two hours. The up and down speeds achieved are a little short of what I thought I was getting with the package but are still about 10 times faster than my original service. Overall I'm very happy with my new fibre broadband service and would recommend Lightning Fibre.

The guys were very professional and actually came the week before installation was due to survey where and how to run the line. They took my neighbours concerns on board and after confirming they were happy, the installation went ahead. The installation was quick and with minimal mess.

Everything fine so far in my first week. Good communication from the office, and the installers were able to install the new lines very efficiently and discreetly. Am getting within about 7mbs of the 150mbps promised on my plan, which is certainly good enough for me, and about £9 cheaper per month than I was paying for worse speeds with EE. Hoping all continues well. Thanks.
