Being a new customer in a growing company has so far been a good experience, customer service staff have been informative and helpful throughout and as for the 2 guys that came to install lightning fibre clearly knew their stuff and nothing was a problem throughout the install. All in all so far a good experience I hope that this level of service and customer care continues and the the lightning fibre lives up to its name.

Absolutely made up with our new internet. From sign up to instalment has been a top notch service. Instalment was quicker than expected, carried out by Damian, Fred and Ashley, who were extremely accommodating, polite and professional. We have a very happy computer mad 16 year old, who can download in seconds and play without lagging. Good riddance to EE broadband and we have a cheaper monthly fee too! Keep up the good work lightning fibre! 5/5 from us.

The install took about two hours and didn't cost. The new WIFI works well and have had no issues. After two weeks checking it had settled ok (WFH mostly with companies in Italy and India so good WIFI is a 'must'), I was glad to phone BT and kick them into touch. I'm saving £14 a month (ditched landline as well) with no price rises for two year during the contract, unlike BT who put my charges up 20% mid contract last year, price gouging.

Exceptional customer service on setting up broadband. I emailed them late on Friday night and they replied by email and called back on Saturday morning. I missed their call but was able to get straight back in touch with a named person. Friendly, efficient, lots of nice offers thrown in. Well done Lightning Fibre, especially Robin.
Let’s see how the installation and actual service delivery go, but so far very encouraging.

Everything was spot on, the booking process, the installations crew, turned up early, did their job, cleaned up. The fibre broadband actually hits the specified speed (150). Very happy with it.. and it's a local company.

Changing over to lighting fibre from my old Internet company was so easy. They arrived on time and were very helpful and polite. They showed me how everything worked. The speed is very good and so glad I changed companies. Highly recommend this company.

Kept up to date with the work being done to install lightning fibre.
First lot of work was outside the house , the second part was done on an agreeable date so the contractors could have access to the house.
The 3 contractors were friendly & one in particular was very helpful explaining the password & linking up my phone & installing the app on my phone.
Only downside was one of them used my cloakroom without asking ( Not a problem) but then he left the seat / lid up & didn’t flush the toilet 🤮
Also they were not supplied ( so they said) with a hand held vacuum to clear up the dust from drilling the wall , so I did it when they left
