Had lightning fibre installed by Billy, Zac and Fred. They did a great job making sure the install was neat and tidy as well and clearly explaining what they needed to and how the router worked. Highly recommended.

I got lightening fibre installed today after lots of trouble with BT. Fred and Charlie were amazing. They were quick, helpful and Tidy. Charlie did everything inside quickly and even mentioned that I might like to take my baby into another room because of loud drilling. Fred hid the cable in the front garden so well and without disturbing anything. I couldnt even see it myself! Overall a great experience with installation, the wifi is working great as of yet!

First I had a knock on the door. I was told about the new local internet provider and was given a leaflet. The sales person on the phone when I called was excellent! Never put me under pressure. I think we had 5 or 6 phone calls exchange. I had to find out my contract situation with my provider.
The installation guys were very good, showed me around their work and if I was happy with it before they left! Went to every room in the house and checked the speed and quality of the wi-fi. I had to add an wi-fi booster. Very polite friendly and fast! So far I’m very happy!

Lots of delays. Failed to install on the original date. Further delays and lack of communication trying to get a second date, which was only resolved after contacting the CEO of Lightning Fibre.
Now it’s installed I’m happy with the speed and reliability of the product. It’s a shame that the poor communication and below par customer service made for a frustrating and stressful experience:

I am really delighted with the overall service provided by Lightning Fibre. Their customer service and care from initially signing up through to installation has been impeccable. My installation engineers Matt & Jack were super friendly and professional and explained everything before leaving. I have also had a follow up call to ensure I am happy and everything is as expected. A genuine 5 star service that every business could learn from. Well done and thank you Lightning :-)

Ricky and Dom arrived on time, walked me through the process of installation of the new broadband, did their job and left premises clean and tidy. It was almost like they never done anything with drilling what's or ever. Again, after finishing their job I have been shown what has been done. Amazing team! Thank you

All the staff working for Lightning Fibre have been excellent. Very good customer service even if chatting on the street. The install was fairly painless (although hampered by the ancient building I live in!), carried out by Fred, Ash and George and the internet speed is rapier quick and hasn't dropped out once. I'd recommend Lightning Fibre to everyone that has access to their service.
