I found Lightning Fibre to be polite and helpful from the outset and all the way to the installation, which took place with very little delay. Communication was excellent, and the cabling was fitted with care to where we required the router to be placed. Network speeds have been as stated. We are extremely pleased with the end product.

It was really good to deal with a company that have really pleasant people on their telephones to talk too, and not have to web chat or email !! All departments where very knowledgeable and the whole process from signing up to installation went off very smoothly.

I would like to mention that I am a disabled person and it was difficult for me to prepare the place where the router was to be installed. I'm sorry that you ladies had to put in so much work to make it all work well.

There was an issue with my internet that I wasn't aware of. Some Lightning Fibre staff turned up on my doorstep to fix it but were not able to. Same thing happened the following day. Then Dom & Ricky turned up on the third day and fixed it. They were very good at explaining what had/was happening and they repaired the issue. This rating is for Dom and Ricky and the proffesionalism they showed in fixing the issue however, I do think communications could be better at Lightning Fibre, I could have been out on any one of those days as I had no idea that any of them intended to call. Having said that Dom & Ricky did apologise for the lack of communication.
