Everything was so straightforward and easy.
The two engineers made the home visit very comfortable and that's great for me as I'm an extremely anxious person. They were both really easy going fella's, polite and well mannered. They put me at ease straight away.
The company kept me well informed numerous times and they were so friendly and HUMAN....unlike slot of companies that read from a script!
I cannot recommend Lightning Fibre enough...there prices are so affordable and the customer service is perfect.

excellent experience from ordering to installation. when ordering was told of all procedures (and any promotional deals which were very useful). the team fitting the installation were prompt and worked very tidily. all thought was given to the cable route for the installation and any mess was cleaned up quickly. when fitted i was shown how it operated and any questions i had were answered. the follow up was checking all was ok and i was delighted to say i had nothing but praise for the whole operation. i would recommend lightning fibre to anyone. thank you.
