We have been a Lightning fibre customer for a couple of years now and have had time to assess their service and ability to handle problems. I say this as as I try to judge a company not when things go right, but how they react when things go wrong.<br>To this end I cannot praise Lightning Fibre highly enough. Our fibre cable was cut accidentally by a Tradesman fitting a new garage door. I contacted Lightning Fibre and the phone was answered within three rings by a person locally. An appointment was made for the next day and within 24 hours the engineer turned up and the cable was fixed and service restored.<br>I wish I had asked the engineer’s name to give him credit, all I know is that he was polite, efficient, knowledgeable, took two sugars in his tea and was extremely happy when presented with a cherry Bakewell tart. Thank you for great service.

The company is local to the area so made me feel safer than with a bigger nationwide company. They came and installed the new wifi within a week. The installers were cheerful and did not take too long. The wifi itself works great, with downloads being extremely fast. I have had checkup communications about the install, in case a problem had occurred.

Such fantastic service and very willing to go the extra mile. They installed the cable to the house beforehand and then on the day laid the cable where I asked them to put it. Everything was up and running when they left. They even called a few days later to make sure everything went OK. Great fibre and router too. Thanks very much
