All installation completed efficiently and quickly. All queries answered promptly and without delay.Explained that the ultimate speed of connection depended on the computer being used. More help however would have been appreciated with the transfer of the telephone move to VOIP for those telephones on extensions as YouTube guidance is misleading and incorrect as far as how those telephones can be connected. I had to research extensively to work how to change the wiring of my existing extensions to make it all work.

Super friendly service with local people working for them on the admin side and elsewhere.good communications, fantastic broadband speeds and cheap.forget any of the bigger broadband suppliers, they are mainly ripping you off and give you worse broadband. Couldn't fault them in any way.A++++++

We recently had Lighting Fibre installed in our office, Lucas, Andy & Conor did a great job. A few days earlier than planned which worked for us. system was installed and setup without any fuss and the speeds we are getting now are so much better than our previous Fibre service

From booking to installation the process was so easy. Very friendly, efficient Sam and Mark got the job done quickly. Sam explained the installation process asking where I would like the cables and modem and if I need assistance with adding the new network on my devices when the installation was complete. Really good service from start to finish, from choosing which product best fit my needs, to installation. I was lucky to get Jess and Chelsea, two lovely ladies who managed the installation with minimum fuss and exceptionally clean and tidy , they answered all my queries and I was up and running straight away! Have had no issues and would highly recommend.

I have only just changed over to Lighting Fibre so I have not really been with them long enough to comment, but having said that so far it has been very positive, the installation was carried out to a high standard and the installer was very professional and friendly and explained everything to me and made sure I understood everything before he left, for me a very positive start so far.
