The three engineers that came to my property were great. They were quick, tidy and explained everything in simple terms. My installation was a bit more involved as the cable had to run around the house into my office up stairs. This did not phase them at all unlike a few other companies who did not want to undertake the installation. Very pleased and would highly recommended. The sales guy was above and beyond.

Great speed. Great deal. Turned up as arranged. Clean and tidy install by pleasant guys. Twice the speed of BT for twenty pounds cheaper and doesn't increase every April! So far so good...time will tell but the omens are good.

At 8am this morning, Jess & George arrived to install Lightning Fibre Broadband. I can't rate the quality of their workmanship highly enough. They were friendly, courteous & obliging & by 10.30am, they'd finished. Despite having to deal with a dense hedge, across a lawn & concrete path, it was all finished very neatly & efficiently. I was most impressed, Val Knott (Polegate)

Culley(spelling?) discussed options for sighting cables and overall achievement much neater than I had anticipated. Very pleasant young man, no concerns in having him in my home.

After a long wait it finally came and Lightning Fibre has so far lived up to and exceeded expectations. With summer holiday in full swing i have had no kids moaning about dodgy internet speeds or dropped connections while gaming, no video meetings with stuttering and buffering. Installation was painless and carried out by courteous engineers. The only tiny gripe i can find is that the Zyxel router flashes away like a Christmas tree, shame there isn't a setting to switch the lights off :) may have to result to a strip of black tape!

After watching Sky tvs lies/adverts and basically telling me my loyalty means nothing, i moved over to L.F and haven't had a problem.You get what you pay for unlike Sky's complete constant b.s.

The engineers turned up at the appointed time to install the fibre optic cable but there was blockage in the underground pipe that supplies the telephone wire. Rather than give up and postpone the installation they called for extra help resulting in the blockage being found and rectified so the installation could go ahead as scheduled.

Made contact with Lighting Fibre today to enquire about cost and installation, Eden Jennings took my call. My experience thus far with the company has been excellent!
Very happy with price and package , Eden went above and beyond to secure me the best deal possible and his customer service skills were impeccable.
I have an installation date booked within the next two weeks. If the install and speeds match my initial experience with Eden, then Lightning Fibre will be a hard company to compete with!!

I'm now getting speeds of just over 1000mbs which is unreal compared to Sky's 41mbps copper line.
