Edit September 2024: bumped up to 5 star, customer service is great, had only interacted with them when I had my Internet setup installed, and haven't had a need to contact them since, got a great contract and have had fast and issue free Internet ever since! It's surprising I've not had any drop outs in service what's so ever.<br><br>Edit December 2023: Changed rating to 4 primarily due to the great customer service and representation from on-site and offsite employees, waiting time for installation is long but not too far ahead, will change review again when actual internet service is installed and working.<br><br>…

Was installed all OK with very nice and helpful guys but 2 days after it broke down and we were without any broadband over August Bank Holiday. The services guys came back after the Bank Holiday and sorted out the problem very promptly

The two fitters were very professional and explained exactly what they were going to do to fit the lightening fibre. All done within an hour or so and set up explained connection and left fully working. Great service.

Update 14 Sept. L F's accounting lets them down! We're in a muddle regarding direct debit payments collected too many times!

Well what can i say except, how fast and easy the install was. I really have to mention Billy and Chelsea what a good team they really ae. They explained everything to me upon arrival which i was very happy with. They left everthing clean and tidy so i am very happy with that also. Billy had me up and running in no time at all, well done and thank both so very very much. I am so pleased i finally made the switch.

Fantastic deal with lightning fibre, left Sky after 25 years. Wonderful team (Glenn & Cully). Sorted out our tree that was causing a problem with the cable to the pole. Helped with our tv and wifi (we are elderly pensioners), we find technology a worry. Really happy with our service, internet speeds great and had a week now without any issues

The two lads that came to install lightning fibre (Glenn and Cully) were really helpful. However, really disappointingly the extender won’t connect to the router meaning I’m not getting WiFi at the back of the bungalow. Lots of chat with the supporting team but it looks like the only potential solution is to run an Ethernet cable from the router to the extender, which may or may not work. Not ideal and it will obviously incur further cost in purchasing a long enough Ethernet cable and then trying to find a route through the roof space and drilling a hole in the ceiling of our newly built office.

I had registered interest for full fibre to our home a while back. I received a text message advising that this was now available in our area. Upon first contact with Lightning Fibre, Eden Jennings provided nothing short of extemporarily customer service. After asking questions to identify what package would best suit our family needs, he provided a very competitive package.
From signing up, the installation Team contacted me each step of the process, keeping me informed and ensuring the installation day went smoothly. Couldn’t fault them - new broadband signal beats BT hands down, my sky stream pucks would drop out even when wired but LFs wireless signal has them working perfectly- 1GB for £29pm for 2 years - incredible - had to get a booster for the wireless signal in my garden room but I had to with BT too - works brilliantly in there too both wired and wirelessly. I bought the booster for £50 so didn’t need to get theirs. Engineers really helpful too in how best to lay the cable inside and out.
