Leah was super helpful with going through the wifi options and explained everything clearly. The installation was quick and the 2 gents that completed it were very nice and explained it all clearly. Very happy so far with Lighting Fibre and would definitely recommend to others!

Explained everything fully to ensure I was happy with the installation.
They persevered with the connection which took longer as the guys who should have prepared the installation hadn’t fully done so. This made their job longer and harder.

Well after a not so great start it all ended very well.
The pre instal survey found a problem and LF customer contact was minimal, i did the chasing before we finally got the go ahead.
With the day booked i asked for a pre-call to ensure i would be at home, a promise broken.
That said as it happened, no harm done as the Engineers were swift and i was given the green light after an hour and a half.
Speed is fantastic, minimal buffering on movies, so pleased to be away from Sky and their copper wire technology and expensive TV.
So far, so good. Fingers crossed.

Could not fault anything within the whole process of ordering/installation of my Lightning Fibre broadband system. Efficiently and carefully installed by two lovely guys Ash & Jordan, with the minimum of disruption.

My review on Trustpilot was not permitted for some unknown reason. Anyway, Cully and Glenn did a fantastic job sorting out our tree that hampered the installation of our internet. They did this without any complaint, just got on with the job and connected our internet quickly and efficiently. They were extremely helpful, sorting out the wifi and our tv, cannot praise them enough. Internet speeds up and running beautifully. Fantastic service from a great local company.

The order process was simple. The instillation engineers turned up on time for the appointment, they explained how the install was going to be provided, and installed it with no mess. The team then demonstrated the service and how to log in to the router. I could not be more happy with the service and would recommend lighting fibre to those lucky enough to be in the catchment area

The lads who came to install were absolutely brilliant, really helpful and polite. I haven't been overly impressed with the broadband itself since tho as it's not reaching far out of the lounge where the router is plugged in. Doesn't work at all in the bathroom or garden and it's very hit and miss in the bedroom.
