Having lightening fibre installation was quick and easy. The engineers arrived on time, discussed the location of equipment and how they planned to carry out the installation.
The work took place seamlessly with the minimum of noise. Both engineers were polite and respectful I was working. I am very pleased with the job that has taken place and would recommend Lightening Fibre.

Can't fault the service provided, the engineer arrived at the time agreed, the job wasn't as easy as first planned but he called in another engineer for assistance, they stayed until it was all sorted and set up. They were very polite and left no mess. The internet service itself is amazing, unbelievabley fast compared to our last provider. Very impressed and would recommend

Despite earlier problems with the cabling from the cabinet which resulted in an annoying no show without notification. Resulting in a wasted morning. After that I have nothing but praise for the service I received. They fixed the problem, gave me a free month as compensation and the instalation was very efficient and friendly.

Would have been 5 stars all round, but unable to get online on the day (IT backup finish 1 hour before onsite engineer, so nothing they could do). Rectified next day as promised and, fingers crossed, no problems up to now.

From beginning to the end, lighting fibre kept me informed of what to expect and when it would happen. Customer service were helpful. The only bit of information that I lacked was that I might need to upgrade my ethernet cable. I don't hesitate to recommend this company.
