So far I am 100% satisfied. So far customer service far exceeds any other company I have dealt with for broadband or full fibre. You can even speak to a person in the uk shock horror. Joking aside other companies have a lot to learn before they deal with customers half as good. Keep it up

Friendly personal phone conversation when enquiring, then a very good price offer and range of speeds, followed by excellent installation guys, friendly, accommodating and professional in every way. Very helpful. The guys who installed the broadband very polite and respected my property..had a problem connecting my printer. But it turned out out it was my printer which was about 24 years old. So bought a new one and bingo all sorted..Thank you very much.

Liam and Callum were amazing, super friendly and lovely. I'v only just moved house, boxes everywhere and they were really understanding of this. Literally only here for about 40 minutes and everything working smoothly and perfectly. Internet is super fast and by far better than previous providers.

So impressed with Lightning fiber, couldn't be more helpful with all my questions and concerns. Very quick and efficient to put in, very nice polite young men who did the work, couldn't fault them or the service, been with BT for 40 years and decided to change as the their service was rubbish and no gratitude to a loyal customer. Wish I'd changed to lightning fiber sooner!.

Very polite staff came to the house to fit it, indoors, but although it shows a reading of high speeds it is worse than ever with everything buffering, waiting for things to download or just not working at all. Seem to have to switch it off and on again a lot.<br>Also not impressed that they've worked outside the property 3 times now (that I know of) and not once was I notified. Twice it blocked my car from getting off the drive and not so friendly installers out in the street when I asked how long they intended to work there for

I recently had Lightning Fibre installed and wanted to extend my compliments to Jess and Georgia for their outstanding work.
Their attention to detail, both inside and outside the property, was exceptional. They skillfully concealed the fibre cable around door frames and skirting, making it almost invisible.
The fibre connection was activated immediately, and we're enjoying fantastic speeds.

The fibre was installed fine but there was a problem with plaster in one place coming off during the drilling. This was proving a little difficult to resolve the repair until Luke Jones was informed. He moved everything along perfectly and we’re all repaired with a superb internet.
On phoning Lightning Fibre the phone is always answered promptly and the staff are unfailingly helpful.
