The installer team arrived as scheduled and didn't take long to do their bit. I have a bit of paint tidying but nothing severe and no complaints there. The coverage in the house is really good. I did have a problem with coverage in the garden house. I only have a small garden so this was a surprise. I did have to have a follow up appointment to look into this which led to having 2 extenders set up one in the garden house and now I currently have a really good signal. Overall I am happy with everything. If I had a gripe going forward, contacting the technical team for help. Lightning Fibre only have one phone number for everything which makes getting through really difficult. Using the online message system is slow for a response.This could easily be remedied with more phone numbers.

Fantastic service. We were with another company which rhymes with “bye” before and they were, in a word, awful. The WiFi was spotty at best and whenever we tried to get in touch for an issue it was hours of being on hold and being bounced around departments. Then when we finally did get an answer it did little to solve our issues. Lightning Fibre, on the other hand, have been amazing from start to finish. A courtesy call before the installation, engineers who were informative, courteous and above all else, turned up on time. Then a second call from Dan a few days later to make sure everything was going well with the new internet. As to the internet itself, it’s at least 6x faster than our previous supplier. I installed a game on my Xbox on the Saturday before the new WiFi. 103gb took 6.5 hours. 130gb download with lightning fibre took 1.5 hours. Incredibly fast and smooth. Cannot recommend them enough.

Hi, lightning fibre came and installed it. However after they had gone I realised that it was not in the right place so I rang them and I had someone come out the following morning and re sighted the modem and it is great as a result we get coverage all around the house. Everyone I have spoken to has been anxious to help and get it sorted so that we are more than satisfied. I am really impressed by their attitude and helpfulness. I have stopped writing reviews for everything that I get done but I am making this an exception because the product is excellent and their staff are too

So I decided to have lightening fibre when it was being put in our area. What I like is there is nothing for me to do. The Engineers came to install it in my property. This meant I no longer needed my landline so I use my mobile phone and I have to say it’s perfect for me. The speed, the set up, the price monthly is affordable and am very happy with the service I receive.

The guys that came to install were great, friendly and professional.
The only downside is it's another two piece setup and the router is a bit offensive to look at, especially the LEDs. My old router had one that changed colour, this thing has several that constantly strobe. Performance is good so I'll just try to hide it somewhere.

Sales rep, Ryan, was helpful informative and friendly. We kept missing each others calls and it took a lot of time to coordinate the final call to set up my account, but Ryan persevered and didn't ever make me feel like it was an inconvenience.
The team that came to install the equipment were equally as informative and professional, explaining everything to me and checking with me before doing anything, and once finished went through all they had done and why. From start to finish, helpful, professional and friendly.

To long, didn’t read: Customer service is amazing. Edit: Speed and range of the router is insane. I am getting a full GB wired to my Xbox and 600mbps download on my phone. Top company, wouldn’t know how to compare to tube as LF was first to knock on my door. Even without the booster plugged in I get 60mbps in the garage at the other end of the garden… nuts. 10/10

The door team told me to expect a call in 2-3 days. Within 30 minutes, if that, I had a wonderful member of the sales team called Sami call me. Knowledgable, friendly, outgoing, I had a clear and quality conversation about setting up the Installation, but also had really pleasant general conversations with him. People like these that are employed by Lightning Fibre show the quality of the company…

This company is going places! Not only do they beat the prices of most of their competitors, they absolutely tear them a new one with their service and product.
I have personally been with Sky, BT & TalkTalk. My mother has been with Vodafone, and we have both experienced a bad experience in one way or another.
