I can only commend Lightning Fibre for their company ethos. This has been very apparent in every aspect of my dealings with them. What relief to be able to speak to the staff, have your questions answered and issues resolved without delay in a kind and courteous manner (I am old!) and indebted to Fran especially.
The package supplied is relevant and adequate for my needs and was installed very quickly and efficiently by Liam and Callum, who updated my devices and left me with a fully functional connection.
I do hope LF continue to maintain a human presence I cannot deal with “bot” communications any more.

Just had Lightning fibre installed today in Hastings by two fantastic service engineers Billy & Chelsea.
Chelsea installed all the internal cabling router and supply box while Billy ran the line from the telegraph pole to the property.
Both ran all the cables amazingly neatly and cleaned up fantastically.
Cannot fault the quality of work.
Thank you both you are a credit to your company.👍

The lads who originally surveyed the site were excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful.
The lads who actually carried out the installation went above and beyond. They worked in absolutely dreadful weather and it really wasn’t the easiest job as they had to feed the cable right round the front garden. They did an amazing job, were polite, clean and extremely friendly. I can recommend Sam and Andy without any hesitation and you’ll be very lucky if you get these two installing fibre at your property. All the lad are a credit to lightening fibre and I seriously hope the powers that be see this post and give credit to their employees.
