I called after receiving a leaflet through the door. They do exactly what it says on the tin.
I wanted an earlier install date but couldn't, then they called to say they are working Saturday and came to put it in. The install engineer was polite, professional and friendly. Instead of one person going up the telephone pole to bring the wire to the house and another installing it from there, he did the whole thing. We have a dog and two house cats so he took great care in making sure the door was closed and didn't let them out. The install was quick and easy and works wonderfully. An amazing company at very competitive prices. Keep doing what you are doing and if all your staff are like our installer then you employ very good people.

Great product, every bit as impressive as I’d expected. Very pleased with Lightning Fibre’s determination to overcome problems with a blocked conduit to our property to get us online with them. Well worth the wait and finally able to dispense with extortionate fttc service from previous provider for a fttp service which is over ten times faster and better in every way. A huge thank you to the whole Lightning fibre team!

Moving to Lightning Fibre has been a flawless experience. Georgia and Jess were great during installation, quick, clean, friendly and happy to answer questions. They even helped hide the cable. Excellent service. Polite, professional, efficient, and highly organised. The team included me in their decision-making, making sure I was happy with their plan. They carried out the work to a very high standard. I was tutored through the router and how to work this, and they made sure my internet was fully operational prior to departing. They went above and beyond. Would highly recommend.

Eric, the gentleman I spoke to regarding getting Lightningfibre to our ho.e was very helpful. He said that it would be about the end of the year before they hot the ho ahead to use BT trunking, and he would call us when they got the ok. 2weeks later he called to say they had
the go-ahead. Within a week we where switched over and can't belive the speed we are getting. The change over was flaw less. I have recommended your company to several neighbours, and they say they are going to look onto changing over.

Amazing installation, clearly well organised and efficient. Team done a great job installing the cable to the external property ahead of the installation day. This was done to an exception standard! I had one of the hardest properties meaning the router needed to be at the rear of the property and the engineer got it to the back room through the house with zero disruption, I don't even notice it. Top quality work across the board! Not quite getting the top 1000mbps speeds, but still loads better than 27mbps max with other providers.

Engineer arrived promptly and was very courteus.Internet speeds no where near as quick as advertised in leaflet and have dropped off since engineer did a test on day one. I check the Internet speed every day and in all honesty it's comparible with sky when was hoping for a upgrade. Going with lighting fibre I had to have a box fitted in lounge drilled through the outside wall along with router in front room, looks a little unsightly in all honesty. Broadband has been reliable so far which is a good thing.

Two, very courteous engineers, couldn’t have been more helpful. They asked me where I wanted the cables and system put, both inside and out, gave helpful advice and were very quick and efficient with the installation. I was really impressed. Brilliant ambassador’s for their company.
