The two guys, Nathaniel and Callum arrived on time, did a really neat and quick installation and answered all my questions. Really nice guys and super efficient! Thank you.

So far I am 100% satisfied. So far customer service far exceeds any other company I have dealt with for broadband or full fibre. You can even speak to a person in the uk shock horror. Joking aside other companies have a lot to learn before they deal with customers half as good. Keep it up

Very helpful. The guys who installed the broadband very polite and respected my property..had a problem connecting my printer. But it turned out out it was my printer which was about 24 years old. So bought a new one and bingo all sorted..Thank you very much.

Liam and Callum were amazing, super friendly and lovely. I'v only just moved house, boxes everywhere and they were really understanding of this. Literally only here for about 40 minutes and everything working smoothly and perfectly. Internet is super fast and by far better than previous providers.

So impressed with Lightning fiber, couldn't be more helpful with all my questions and concerns. Very quick and efficient to put in, very nice polite young men who did the work, couldn't fault them or the service, been with BT for 40 years and decided to change as the their service was rubbish and no gratitude to a loyal customer. Wish I'd changed to lightning fiber sooner!.
