About 8months or so in with lighting fibre and all I can say is amazing customer services- messaged at 9pm through the Facebook page 9am the next day get a phone call to assist and apologise about the issue. Set up Was fantastic and very fairly priced. Keep it up lighting by making the customers proud!

Having given lightening fibre a hard time last week because of the poor speeds we were getting I must now give credit where it’s due as they have sent me a booster to try and it seems to have done the trick let’s hope my problems are in the past and we continue to get the service they promised us 🤞🤞

After signing up to Lighting Fibre and given a installation date they contacted me and offered my a new date 4 days earlier and on the day 2 guys worked thier magic.
They were very pleasant friendly and explained every thing as they went along.
I would recommend them 100% especially against my previous ISP.

Engineer who arrived to install our new broadband gave options where we would like the connection to be connected, the cable would look much neater if it was hidden under the soffit but runs directly from the telegraph pole across the road to the back corner of our bungalow, this has caused a problem for us as the cable is only 1.5mtrs above my neighbours front door, and he has asked me to have it moved, but it will cost me £98.00, Why the engineer could not have run it where the existing cable was located as an option would have been much better and the answer to the problem we now have. I think they were lazy and wanted to make the job as easy as possible for themselves.

I called today due to a billing issue. I was given the best, most compassionate and understanding customer service I have ever recieved in my life from Connor. He was genuinely the absolute best and went above and beyond to sort out my issue for me. Connor deserves recognition for his excellent customer service, a big pay rise and his favourite cake.<br>I am aware this review may not seem genuine because it probably sounds like it was written by Connor's mum or Connor himself but I am genuinely just a very happy customer who believes that lightning fibre is a very lucky organisation to have Connor. Luke too actually, but especially Connor.<br>Thank you Connor, I hope you have a wonderful life and that your boss sees this review because he/she should know what a great job you do x x
