Really happy with the whole service
Even when I didn’t read the small print about wireless speeds I just called them up and they explained to me that the maximum speed you pay for is hardwired only which I totally understand now
Straight away they offered me a lighten fibre booster which really helps massively for £4 a month
They said they’d post it straight away but as I live in Eastbourne I asked them if I could pick it up the same day, to my surprise they said absolutely yes without a problem….In my book that is customer service at its best

Switched over to lightning fibre from sky due to cost and lack of speed.
The switchover was pain free and carried out by 2 very competent engineers. They arrived bang on time this morning and were able to talk me through exactly what would happen during the installation. They were friendly and helpful and carried out their work professionally and without fuss.
They made sure my devices were connected before leaving and tidied up after themselves.
Unfortunately my alexa dot devices didn't like the new broadband and so I had cause to contact support. I got a callback within minutes and was able to sort the issue quickly and without stress on my part.
I feel confident that any issues will be sorted just as quickly.
My son is loving the super fast speeds on his gaming...we've gone from 32mbs to over 300!!

Everyone was so kind and helpful. The folks in the office when I rang several times with questions before the installation, and the team that came were great. They explained everything they were doing. Were polite and respectful and kindly set up my TV afterwards for me. Couldn't have been better.

Well I'm still on the journey at the moment but as it is it been a great ride , 2 weeks ago I went on line to look for a new ip lightning fibre we're offering a great deal 1gb fiber £29 a month , since then the very next day they layed the cable to my front door 12 days later up and running,customer service absolutely excellent phoning and asking if all was well after each step and not that this matters but the new router is much better looking

Andy and Jacob arrived on time and were extremely efficient completing all work within the scheduled time. They kept me informed and involved me in the process and were clear about the outcomes. The transfer of my phone line to LF was also completed on the planned day and look forward to using my faster broadband! Our fibre broadband installation was completed efficiently and the router sited where we wanted it in the house. Friendly and helpful engineers and service. Now have speeds approaching 1Gbps. Delighted with Lightning Fibre.
