Had our Lightning Fibre installed today by Jack and Matt who did a super job. They took every care in our home and kept us informed how things were going, they are a great team. At the end everything was explained. I did have a slight problem logging in, but this was entirely my fault and a quick call to the office got me some some helpful advice and was soon logged in.

Efficient installation team, did not take very long to complete. Asked where we would prefer for the box and was able to accommodate. Left clean and tidy and went through all we needed to know.

Rob and Jess were really quick, informative and friendly when they installed my Lightning Fibre box. I have moved from BT as the costs were so high and I fortunately came to the end of my contract and the process with Lightning Fibre so far has been really good. They explained the best place for the box and how they will run the cable up the drive so it is well hidden, I thought it would take them the whole day to install but they were so quick!

I had to put in a query as we were waiting sometime for the installation date and the office were very quick to provide me a response and kept us updated via the support page on our log in.

Let down by poor service from the sales team with lack of up to date information on area availability but great service from Jenni in the customer service team to resolve the issues. The installation team arrived on schedule and despite a few installation issues they were able to overcome them and complete the work to a high standard. All in all I would be happy to recommend your service. Thank you.

From start to finish great customer service, the engineers who fitted it were brilliant, if I could give them 20 out of 10 I would, cleaned up after themselves ( even hoovering ) explained everything before they left , good aftercare service too

Excellent team completed the job. The only downside is the cables wasn't put into a conduit for protection. It was only dug into the mud. Hopefully it is deep enough and will stay protected.

Got us setup very quickly, all communication is so friendly and helpful, both on the phone and in person. The people who set our connection up made sure everything was working and we new how to use it, completely stress free and got a call a few days later to check everything was fine and we were happy.
This was the complete opposite of every other experience with internet providers, no hassle no stress and felt like they care about their customers and want us to have a positive experience at every stage. Would never use anyone else, highly recommend.

There was no pressure selling which was a bonus and a refreshing change. The work was carried out on time and the team were polite and helpful. Follow-up was good with quick responses to any queries.
My only complaint is that there seemed to be confusion over the transfer of our landline. We were told that it would be active in ten days but were then asked to provide a bill so that the transfer could be completed.

Finally, a non shady company that doesn't lie about the download/upload speeds you're going to get, my package is 500mb and I literally get 500mb without fail, not "up-to" only getting 100-300.
And actually doesn't cost a complete fortune. If they stick to it then lighting fibre could be the best local ISP around. And the engineers who installed everything had a few minor hiccups that wasn't their fault but didn't complain and sorted everything on the day.

After registering my interest I was called back quickly and although I wasn't able to respond to the call back, they did email and check up to see if I was interested still. Price was good, service so far has been great and the fibre is consistant. The install was carried out by 2 people who actually seemed to like what they did and were good at it. Helpful, tidy and polite, which is just what you need when working inside peoples houses. I know about that being a builder myself.
