Lighting fibre have been excellent, after isolating and replacing the major damage by City Fibre, to my allocated LF fibre cable, not once but twice during CF carrying out their installation and still no formal apology to me. If this is how they treat the public, I cannot recommend using City Fibre as an ISP.

The engineer (Luke) who installed our full fibre was very understanding, professional and did a great job, made the installation pretty straightforward.
The only issue I had was having to reset all my numerous devices to the new WiFi!

With regard to the internet itself it's a little glitchy. There are sometimes bald patches within sites as if the signal isn't strong enough.

The whole process of switching to Lightning Fibre has been so easy and straightforward. Great customer service from Sydney in setting up our account and notifying Sky and our installation by Luke was excellent. He explained everything and was incredibly neat and tidy. Had some issues with Sky Q box connectivity following the switch but this was not a Lightning Fibre issue and has been resolved by a Sky engineer visit. Five stars so far!
