Everything went so smoothly I cannot fault the process at all. Every one of the Lightning Fibre staff that I either spoke with on the phone or came to the house to install were great, they were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The actual product is great too, fast speeds and no downtime as yet. Well done!

I chose Lightning Fibre as it is a local company, the package price was very good and the installation team, Chelsea and Bob, were brilliant. The internet speed is so much better than my previous supplier and it appears to be reasonably consistent.

We found changing to lightningfibre such an easy experience. They communicated with us throughout the whole process from visiting to check where they could put cables through to the hand over date from our old company to them. Our bills are now a third of the price we were paying with much better speeds on the Internet with no problems. Very simple process. Wish we had done sooner.

The cable was put in with no fuss (underground) a few days before installation, on installation day Damien arrived very pleasant nothing to much trouble set it all up and made sure I understood everything ensuring my laptop was connected and working. First class job.

The installation was done on time, the engineers were polite, and left everything tidy.They also explained everything before they left. On the switch over the router did not connect at first, I phoned the engineers and they explained to me how to reset the router so I was up and running. Happy with everything so far.

Fibre was installed 02/01/2025 by Luke who was very friendly and took his time to explain what he was going to do. An hour or so later the install was complete and he cleaned up after himself before leaving me with 200Mbps in my office at the other side of the house from the router. 8 days later all has been running well so I really don't have any complaints. In fact I'm paying £10 less a month after leaving Sky who were giving me 30Mbps. No brainer really.
